I neither started the thread nor asked for it to be closed. It was just knocks sandy vagina that got him in trouble with the admins and now he is running for cover.

It's a shitty way to troll, particularly for a mod. There are certain lines you don't cross if youre a mod of a harm reduction forum. Labelling people like that ain't on. Similar lines were crossed with the mugz/debaser situation.

By all means, it's great you've got a decent relationship with him and whatnot, but the guy's said some pretty shitty things on numerous occasions ... particularly about those people who've been in need, or have died. I think some people are legit in their dislike of him because he does come out with some right shit stuff. Doesn't mean you can't like him.

ok i sort of get where youre coming from. i really dont think theres any malice though. the lounge is pretty much a troll forum as it is, people trying to point score and play mind games. i dunno whether ive sort of desensitized myself from a certain style of posting but i didnt really take the effie thing that seriously. i dont know her personally, so didnt really take it with anything except a pinch of salt. it came across as banter but people closer to her would think otherwise. in these sorts of situations i always think to myself if any person is going out to offend and cause distress intentionally, i dont think this was the case and more just adding some sort of 'humour'. not to everyones tastes but i really dont think effie would be offended, and i sort of think that theres a kind of playground mentality when it comes to other peoples misfortunes.
 
keep feeling dizzy and felt sick earlier, working in this heat has been doing my nut in. also my boss is an absolute cock, there should be a work place law thing introduced that if your boss is a fuckhead your allowed to smack some respect into them

Malice isn't the issue.

The Lounge may be a troll forum, but EADD is not the Lounge. We serve quite different audiences. So the rules and standards of behaviour over here are a bit different.

I don't want to keep going over this but if you had read every single OTW post made in EADD in the last few months I think your opinion would be different. And note, you can't do that now, because some threads have been unapproved. I don't want to discuss this any more in public, you can PM me if you need to talk further about it though.

Brimz is in hospital because of his broken ribs. He's not been absent long. Unless I'm missing something?
 
Was just in a row with my mother because she's off meds and I asked who the salmon in the fridge belongs to. I had a bit of a cry, cos she was snarling at me and telling me to fuck off and I'd rather not be here anyway, miss my missus etc. Offered to do my own food shopping but she insisted no. Decided there's no point when she's off em (list a mile long) so just came back to my room and went to close the blinds cos the sun is round at this time of day. Tipped the blinds a little so the air can still come through and think 'for fuck sake' cos sun is still glaring, and then whatever bit of sense or happiness or whatever it is that I keep inside me goes 'yeah, you can close the blinds but the sun can still shine through' and even though that is gay as FUCK even for a metaphor it still made me feel a lot better.

I'm going to go off and suck on my single Etiz I found (like that'll do owt :|) and attempt to get on with The Last of Us. That's another thing I'm gonna have to address, the etiz. I've gone through a LOT recently as it works wonders for sleep and my ever present anxiety, but then I'm interested in chems again in general, after maybe five years of only being into weed and the odd couple of shrooms so new doors, whatever. But the etiz needs to be tapered down to legitimate medicinal use.

They don't half go well up the arse, though!
