Was going to run the street-scoring gauntlet but I was wearing a tie, so fuck that.

What kind of man is afraid of scoring in his hometown?
 
I have actually never lived in a place where street-scoring was even possible. Boggles my tiny mind to know anybody can. Scoring most stuff was essentially impossible initially - even if you had the dealer's number or address - unless you had one of their existing punters (who s/he trusted) with you to vouch for you. And this wasn't even in uber-teensy lil places like I live now. Was in drug-drenched mid-size towns.

Blimey it's a whole other world in that there actual civilisation 8o

As far as I know he lives very close to me, and I wouldn't have a clue where he's talking about. Moot point though as I wouldn't manage to buy on the street.. I either look like LE or teetotal. %)

I used to live opposite a hostel, and it actually was easieri to get smack than it was weed, though some of the people I got intros from cottoned on to my steady job and attempted to take the piss.

Nowadays it'd mean buying bash from the blokes by the fountain, or a Big Issue job.

Out of my smack-loving friends, one is dead and the other in darkest Cumbria. Who got the worse deal?
