no idea, never noticed any difference after taking magnesium supplements before. and then stopped after changing my diet. im also terrible for gurning, surprised my back teeth arent knackered

100mg bomb down

Whats pregabalin, i keep seeing it mentioned on here

Took my car for a nice blast earlier, being sold later, gonna be sad to see it go

I'd describe pregabalin as GHB-ish in effects, like a low dose of G, quite subtle and clear, and long-acting. Fairly unforgiving in terms of dosage (can go high) or dependency for that matter. Mileages do vary..
Has some unique (neuro-)painkilling and anti-epileptic properties and has seen lots of use and testing for that reason, but has semi-recently been starting to gain ground as anti-anxiety med too. Has been a lifesaver for me.

Same, it's been a really perfect medication for me in terms of anxiety, and also pain. When I first tried it, I described the effects as a bit like having had a glass of wine. I bet it would make a good drug to replace GBL in some people. from a pharmacological perespect it makes perfect sense to use it in that manner. I wonder if anyone has attempted this?

It's pricey stuff, I think itcosts the NHS on the order of 80 quid or so for a box of 56. It seems pretty harmless aswell.

Lol some guy just came to pick up my car on a truck, too low to get on the ramp, nearly fell off whilst winching it up, then the cable snapped and it rolled back almost hitting my neighbours wall

Ha ha! Almost the same thing happened to me when I sold mine for scrap- the cable didn't snap though, just became disconnected- and the bloke who'd just given me fifty pounds leapt out of the cab and ran after it, getting in and stopping it just before it ploughed into a Range Rover.

Feeling terrible, had a poppy pod tea yesterday at lunch time, quite a few were mouldy, I didn't care at the time. Anyway I ended up drinking ten beers last night, passed out, woke up this morning puking and has soon as the opes left my body I start shitting like crazy, proper cramps, sweats. I don't know whether it's just WDs creeping in or some sort of poisoning from the mould. Surely the alcohol didn't help.

I have. I've had years of trouble with GABA drugs. Kicked alcohol (heavy habit), then kicked benzos (heavy habit), but still had ridiculous GABA cravings and increasingly serious problems with GHB (binges with bad withdrawal, overdoses, generally being a guiced-up mess).

I then suggested pregabalin to my doc and he agreed to try it (although he did bring up baclofen as another option).

Wish I had found it earlier. I probably would have stopped alcoholism and benzos much sooner if I had.
