Bleurgh not been this ill in a long time, barely see my migraines that bad , waking up to a soaking wet bed from being so hot then freezing the next, swallowing only essential now and then like there's a fucking hedgehog in my throat.
Rang in work , first sick day in 3 years "take as much time as you need" aye I will.

Just had a strip of blues anyway maybe some sleep today, I fucking love brews wish I had an endless teapot. Need to stop picking the layer of skin off thee inside of my nostril or it'll never heal, just too satisfying .
 
Blurghh, went to my mates house last night for a fun night in on Md and ket. Just got home now to find my grandmas come round for a chat with my parents. She's hard work as it is, let alone when I'm coming down off md and a lil wonky! I feel like a right crackhead. Gonna prove what a crackhead I am now by going to my room and stinking the house out with weed then get some kip :-)
 
^ My grandma used to bring me lorazepams when I was on a comedown, she's awesome, so many times she came over for lunch at my parents place she would share her scripts with me without telling my dad, we would both end up stumbling around the place. She's been hooked on daily benzos since decades, she even failed her driving test some thirty years ago as she'd done too many benzos for the anxiety of the test and was too fucked.
 
Ouch, feeling a tad fragile after last night. Last memory is walking about outside with the sun coming up. Just woke up 20 minutes ago, all lights on etc. Was a surprisingly crazy and great night. The addition of booze changed everything. Another hot day outside it seems, got my mates BBQ party later this afternoon so need to sort my head out for that later. Until then I'm going to lie about and do nothing. Still have a bit of the music appreciation going on so that's a boost for this morning. Maybe tempted for hair of the dog but we'll see....
 
Vally, booze, md and oxy last night with my friend, was very nice. although the oxy made my friend quite sick, poor bugger. i recall the md getting proper trippy for awhile, right mess. bit more oxy today i think. it seems very forgiving if i treat it with respect, take the piss and it slaps hard

Had another shot of that 6-apdb. Proper dose this time. Stuff is amazing. Strangely heightened by the addition of whisky. In my opinion it's definitely one for parties and clubs, as the need for company is pretty big with this one. Kind of gutted I wasn't out and about last night but it wasn't to be...

So pleased. I bought a new Logitech (Z506) sound system and just got it all hooked up to my pc. When i first switched it on, it was so tinny i felt that horrible feeling of despair, but a little twiddling of knobs later and it sounds "stonking". Tested it with Ting Tings - Hands. Its a very full, deep, rich, clear sound for the price of £60. It looks cool too.

Fuckin delighted. It's a million times better than my last one which is going straight in the bin.

I know this will only be of interest to anyone wanting a new pc sound system but here's all the details.
