Ive just been sent an email from the Daily Mail comments team telling me my account had been banned. I posted a message in response to the following article on "deadly legal highs" -

I left a short message saying that the report is nothing more than scare tactics and the public is starting to see through the sensationalist scare stories. Ten minutes later I received the following email -


Hello,

Your account has been permanently de- activated for going against the Community Guidelines.

You are no longer allowed to post on the Daily Mail or other Associated Newspapers Ltd sites using this or any other user. Please be advised that should you post again we reserve the right to contact your ISP/employer and seek that action is taken against you.

At no point did I swear or use any kind of aggressive language. I've just replied to ask which rules I have broken and what "action" they reserve the right to take.
