Not had felt a dose yet, started really low. Last go was 10mg off foil.
Not sure I've got a high enough dose or my chasing technique right.

Only 500mg, probably won't bother reordering after it's gone.
Suppose thats what they all say though. I'll be treading carefully.

Yeah, its mad late. 3.30am. I thought it was around 12. I haven't slept properly all weekend. I really thought I'd sleep to-night. But nope! My brain is WIDE awake! I'm gonna have to take up drinking again. A few glasses of red wine or a nip of brandy is a good way of getting some sleep. My problem always was that I could never just have one glass of wine, I'd have to drink the whole bottle & then some! Then I'd have a roaring hangover the next day. Christ I don't miss those hangovers!

Right, I'm gonna try read a book and fall asleep! Night Cornishman! Nite BLres! :)
