That fake bacon looks rancid :|

Have only ever seen veggie "bacon-style bits" - lil crunchy things to sprinkle on stuffs. Kinda like crushed Frazzles I suppose. I thought they were quite tasty but only in small quantities. Tasted vile if you oversprinkled.

I actually quite like most veggie "meat" products. Got used to 'em due to having a coupla veggie brothers. Never did manage to enjoy soya chunks though. No matter how heavily flavoured they still taste like lumps of old rubber. Soya mince is okay but much prefer Quorn if I were to be cooking summat veggie for whatver reason.

yup, love it.

great on its own with decent bread (continental/italian style) and ace on a baked potato too

i had an ex who was a veggie n the only thing culinary i can take from the relationship is Coleslaw fukin love it with a french stick or a baked pot as you say .
Mind you theirs a big difference between quality n nasty Coleslaw

smoke it off the non shiny side n make sure to burn the toxins off the foil .

Thanks, not needed now as I l lost my lighter :(

Is that k cider all right? That videos brilliant haha, makes me wanna get a few cans. Just like Frosties/Diamond White/Etc? Still haven't bought a can of Special Brew either, always Strongbow for me and Carlsberg but they are getting a bit weak. Might have to go for some on the weekend.

It is pretty tasty aswell as being really strong, it was Evad's fav drink IIRC too, is pretty much when I started drinking it, when he departed us :(

yup. most supermarkets tout the vinegary nasty shitz ... best bought from a local deli

Will see if it's in the offies come the weekend. Quite weird how I find the offies that is about 45-60 min walk away my local offies because that's the one I always go to due to where I am. Served me since I was about 15 yet my actual local one hits me for ID everytime and it's not like I'm buying anything more than a 2l of Strongbow or something. Wankers.

To be honest Ben I found a lot of the food that my ex made used pasta. Sort've sickened myself of Pasta/Pesto/Peas by the end of it and that used to be my favorite food for tripping, felt so healthy and was easy to eat away at hot/cold.

Word.

I used to eat a lot of that when I was a veggie. My mum used to say some it looked like insoles. Probs tasted like it too.

I concur. I took to using a smoked tofu in the end. There's quite a tasty one I used to use in a wrap with avocado (I know you detest that), tomato, lettuce, and vegan mayo. T'was good stuff though.

You feeling any better btw, special?

That facon looks like it came out of a bubblejet printer. Actually a bacon printer would be utterly incredible.

Don't recall ever having tofu, TG. Pretty sure I have many years ago when MamaSham was in one of her veggie periods. Doesn't stick in memory. I'd imagine smoked would be an improvement as in it tasting of something.

Keep meaning to buy some Quorn chunks or the like cos I'm farily sure it works out cheaper than meat. Makes a decent enough curry too. Am quite good at picking up meat just when it's been reduced though so not gotten around to it yet. When freezer is bare I'll have a lil looksee in the veggie bit. Had some cheese and onion and summat puff/pie thingies I quite fancied in there too last I looked. Linda McCartney though so...

Smoked anything is better. But yeah, the one I posted is quite nice lightly fried as it's kinda toasty/tasty with the seeds in it too. Still rather bland if you're not used to it. But it adds texture if cooked right. Tends to end up somewhat soggy if thrown into a curry or anything with too much sauce though.

Never was keen on mince, meat of otherwise. I'd rather use lentils for filler/texture.

^Go for the green ones as they have a slight nutty taste. The yellow ones are a bit meh.

If you're saying to me, thanks for asking mate! I'm not too bad today, I've started back into a bit of routine today which is good, was up at 7-8 and I'm feeling tired for once which is fantastic as sitting up all night was no good, keeping me occupied and engaging a bit is doing a world of good too. Plus at the minute working on a coaching course, be good to get something to stick down on the CV.

I had a really nice trip on 4-ACO-DMT on Sunday morning which I spent most of by myself, never realized how much better things can be solo tripping to take a look at yourself and realize how insignificant some things are, felt happy in my shoes. Actually, to be honest just thinking I haven't felt too bad today at all :D and I should be on a comedown. BLs been a good place for keeping occupied lately. Hope things are well yourself! :)

^^ Never really got into lentils other than dhal really meself. Have recently discovered split peas are great to bulk out a curry/stew kinda thing. Bit of a bugger remembering to soak 'em overnight, mind. Tend to use tinned beans of one kind or t'other as a bulker mostly. Makes a meal go much further and is technically a vegatable (sort of) so is bordering on healthfood by my standards 8o
