I have to say this, and you know it: you seriously shouldn't be gambling in any form. Again, what's your bankroll? To buy-in at £100 means you need an absolute minimum of £1000 that you can afford to lose, without caring. That way you can shrug off the downswings (especially the way you got knocked out the second time).
But second point: if your response to losing is to get angry and go lose some more, you really shouldn't be playing. Shit like this happens all the time. In the long run, it's a good thing if QQ goes all-in in that situation, because in the long run you take his money. But if you get angry in response, you're just turning yourself into the fish. And you don't want to be a fish, do you? (You'll just end up in some kind of weird Shambles-porn)

My Ma had me build a fukin IKea bookcase yesterday 8( i did it as well n didn't chuck away any of the bits .

^ if it came with a little allen key or what have you make sure he tapes it somewhere under a shelf, because I nearly went mental taking an ikea bed apart a couple of weeks ago. The original allen key was nowhere to be found at first and the standard keys I had were too long to fit into some of the crevices you need to go into to take the thing apart. Luckily it turned up in another room but after an extremely annoying half hour trying to grip the bolts with pliers, skinning my knuckles and all that good stuff.
