Ceres, at risk of getting infuckerated, I have a few, and I had lots more once but they had to be sold.

They were collectively not in good shape due to disuse until this month off booze, but I've been doing a lot of mending with the aim of working with them and deciding which I really want to keep, which may well be all of them.

list:
NSFW:

SYNTHS
Casio : cz 101 and cz 3000 (plus some more 'keyboardy' mt- series ones)
korg: delta, poly 61, poly 800
novation super bass station
Roland sh 09 < my favourite

DRUMS
sci drumtraks

FX
Roland RE201 space echo
boss de 200 delay
boss rbf 10 flanger
zoom 1210 multi fx
a heap of guitar pedals

and a tascam 8 channel portastudio to mix it... old school.

At the moment I'm driving a lot of it with a Roland Mc303 because I like hardware sequencers and I can't go on bluelight on it just by pressing alt tab.

There's probably some other shit I've left out but it is likely to be broken.

novation bass station! tasty. drumtraks looks good aswell, that's a pretty cool list actually all together. I've never used a hardware sequencer properly, I guess they are good for spontaneity aswell as being distraction free? I'm quite good at ignoring the internet and devoting all my attention to FL when I'm working on a track, it's usually the phone ringing or people coming over that fucks up my flow grrr.

think i still have a few of them pills from 95/96 some where in my folks house ;)

ye man they were the good old days, go out with 2 pills and ye mite have a half in your pocket the next day.

It's distraction free and it is also the first thing I got, so I am quite intuitive with it... the onboard sounds are ghastly though! It has a great arpeggiator. The bass station is extra cool because it does midi to cv which is what I mainly use it for, it isn't much fun to program, need to learn it really.

When I get into a production, I usually won't stop until I've finished it, in one sitting. I should probably learn to exercise more patience when I'm working on creative stuff, but it's like me and stims: I fiend to the bitter end.

Yeah if I don't finish a tune to a decent extent in one sesh it gets abandoned. If I go back and try and rework something half finished a few days later, it never works. Speaking of fiending, haven't tried writing a track on ethylphenidate yet, might be useful...hm..in the meantime its nearly 9pm so that was /definately/ the last line I just had.

ive been making tracks since 1994 using scream tracker 3 fuckin good tunes too i learned percussion and piano from 1986 to 1998 in irish college of music so i can read sheet music and understand how to build a track from scratch not robbing other peoples ideas or being cliched.
got billy in abbey discs to put my tunes on dat tape wish i had had vinyls pressed off him i still have the master dats

Evenin', all :)

Brief visit, I suspect. Brief interlude before lappy overheats again. Looks like I'll be a somewhat intermittent visitor again for a while. But heyho. EADD folk are great so might be a way around it just over the horizon. Will pop up here and there when lappy ain't too hot to touch. Is currently heating my entire room so suspect it may be about to need a lil downtime soonish. Annoying as am halfway through cheapstrong booze and just perked up after being a tad down over the weekend. Hohum. Only takes 30-60m to cool down. May just have to be a somewhat stacatto as well as shambolilc ferra while. Also, cheaper than having the heating on all the time. Silver linings and all that =D

cool. I started around 94/95 with Impulse Tracker, I can't play the piano properly or read sheet music though, despite having had piano lessons when i was younger. The tracker scene was awesome! when I finally moved to a vst sequencer around 99 I was blown away, omg realtime effects!
