Thats the issue I find with alot of sets from the early days of Post hardcore / Proto Jungle sadly.

alot of the Mic levels were strange, but it's Ellis Dee on the decks, kids these days have NO idea of Ellis Dee, the guy should be the best Jungle DJ ever imo.
Every set I ever heard from him has been great, though his mixing can be a bit out now & again but that never stopped Nicky Blackmarket ;)

Yeah kids these days with Tracktor and the autosync button don't know what beatmatching is all about, been to some right dodgy shows where the turntables were affected by folk dancing and skipping all over the place, it doesn't matter when your in that moment though and bass is flowing right through you.
 
tbh I am a hater on CD mixing & all this electronic aid to sets, when I see people using computers & stuff it gets me mad.

IMO it is all about two 1210 decks & a mixer with a bag of dubplates.

4-MePPP is a cathinone so some kind of stim. Scanning the AD thread says they weren't impressed, but folk in AD are always saying that. Probably with reason.

Now go and do your own research! I'm not some kind of google automaton :p well, not just that.

I've just been rummaging round in my "fishing shed"....a fucking hell hole it is, anyway, was looking for an old set of bubblebags i thought I had for a mate....I gave a rickety old set away a couple of years ago, but had another set in better condition. i ain't gonna use them anywhere so promised them to a mate.

Anyway, I found them behind all the fishing gear, and just checking through them to see what condition they were in, and have scraped up 1.4g's of ultra dry cured resin glnds, that must have been sat in there for 2 years or so at least... =D.

Gonna take the bags round to my mates now, then come home and get fucking stoned, then have a happy pirate party night tonight.

looking like a good weekend, need it after the last couple of weeks.

I fucking love bubble hash <3

Try 4-ACO-DMT. I'm a big fan of psychedelics and have tried a fair wack of phenethylamines like the 2cs, nbomes and also the classics like DMT/Acid/Shrooms which are my favourite. It was only after trying 4-ACO-DMT I realized it's tryptamines I love, I wont be bothering with most phenethylamines again except for a few of them I don't think. The experience just isn't the same and I've got about 5-6 ones I really like now so sticking with them. 4-ACO-DMT is one of the last I tried and I wish I'd did it years ago, would've had such more amazing trips. I can only compare it to a lovely dose of mushrooms, but less ego ripping (i.e. calmer headspace), no nausea and more DMT like closed eye visuals.

I mixed it on a 19g ketamine binge and it was like smoking DMT for hours on end and my head felt fantastic the entire time, normally I get a bit of a bad spell, it's quite common. But I'm wondering now if it's just been all my trips on phenethylamines. It doesn't have the magic of LSD, but definitely one of my new favorites. If your considering, do it as you wont regret it and will be kicking yourself for missing out already. Might have to dose some for a reggae night tonight!
