My neighbour seems to be awake and quietly rambling about. Wonder if he's an insomniac or a druggie. Or maybe just woke up to use the loo. Mysteries. I'm going to give this sleep thing another shot. Hopefully won't be back here tonight. Nice to catch you all. Take care and much love to you all! Xxx

I've been feeling quite down about myself.. its a constant battle to keep it together, keep the house running smoothly, relationships all that jazz.. I work hard at 'normal' lol when inside I know i'm Anne Bolyne ffs... So strange. I dont understand it.. its beautiful, powerful, creative but ugly, poisonous and insane at the same time. I think the condition reflects creation. Chaos and order, light n dark all the dualities ramble ramble.. But thinking on it winds it up and gives it momentum so I think i'll take Kates advice and breath.. get into a Buddhist state of no thought (annika).

kates advice is good.
i got a dreadfull pang of uneasyness earlier that upset me for a short while.i find meds dont work.these words have got me through hellish situations before

i was debating the pro's and cons of the new testament vs the old testament with my parents recently.
i had to explain the concept of rapture to them.they still goto church they should have heard of it lol

There are plenty of people in the church that don't read the bible. What church do they go to.

Bluebell.. I never know what kind of 'side' i'm going to have. There are some I prefer.. I think I use drugs actually to try to recapture them.
