I'll probably wear them eventually. The two pairs I wear most just now I bought back at the start of the year I think, only just started wearing them recently.

I need to get some Nikes in, got tons of Adidas the now. Considering getting another pair of classic white AF1s but I'm undecided.

The adidas ones are nice. Never liked Nike, personally... Makes me feel like an American jock

Milk thistle is a good shout. ive got some here but hardly ever take it, i probs should do

I like the top 2 shoes PTCH, bottom ones are a bit wank

Quiet night for me tonight, lacking sleep, might go bed early. bit of a shit state of affairs for a saturday night. Last night was wicked though
 
Same here, only got 3hrs kip from 7-10. I love them sleeps after you've powered through the next day after a night on it, conked out for 12h and feels great till you wake up

What does milk thistle do? Settles the stomach?
 
Nah its supposed to clense the liver i think. if i recall they recommend it for people with liver problems or something. although ive read its not very beneficial. but ive read more good things than bad about it
 
Milk Thistle is used by oral steriod users to help protect/clean the liver from the toxic effects of the roids.
 
Mm that sound nice crackhead, just ordered a pizza like and craving a spliff really bad cept skunk and that gives me panic attacks. Got some south african kief which is chilled to fuck though so i might take a risk, yeaah joint of that, carry on with sons of anarchy and stuff my face. Perfect

ON russel brand.. has anyone seen where he was trying to "break into the scene" sort of, and he went round a pub and offered to wank off a guy, ended up giving him a hand shandy on film in the pub toilets, other guy seemed pretty pleased.. Russel a little disturbed at what hed just done.. funny though.
