Hi all,

just wanted to quickly share my preloading regimen when taking MDMA as the last two times i tried it i had no comedown or side effects whatsoever(keeping the dose reasonable also helped, i'm sure).

2 hours before dropping:

a light meal(just be nice to my stomach with all the supplements)

2gs vit C with bioflavanoids
500mg Acetyl-L-Carnitine
100mg Grape Seed Extract
200mg Green Tea Extract
100mg CoQ10
10mg PQQ
my daily dose of Omega 3(2 caps)

1 hour before dropping:

200mg R-ALA
500mg Magnesium(oxide/glycinate combined formulation with zinc and calcium).

2 Hours into the roll:

100mg R-ALA
1g Vit C

4 Hours into the roll:

100mg R-ALA
1g Vit C
500mg Acetyl-L-Carnitine

When coming down:

100mg Grape Seed Extract
200mg Green Tea Extract
1g Vit C
100mg CoQ10
200mg 5-HTP

Before going to bed:

Multivitamin
6mg Melatonin


I assume he remembered to take his MDMA somewhere inbetween.

Another day off work getting used to this lithium jazz. It ain't treating me too badly so far, but then again I'm on a starter dose of 400mg. Another blood test next week, then probably up to 600mg.

I have xannies on hand and just over 0.6 heroin. Which I'm TOOTING. Did you hear that Bearlove? TOOTING. :)

Had a horrible experience trying to find a non- abused vein last night and even ended up going for my foot. Bad idea - think I hit a nerve or something, but you could've heard the scream for miles. Fuck knows what the phlebotomist will say next Thursday, but I suppose they've seen it all, and I'll have healed up a bit by then anyhow.

Scary what just a few weeks of mainlining street gear will do though, ain't it?
 
Why you going in yer foot ffs there are loads of little nerves n Arterys round there , you should still have some puker viens n with all this H/R advice you are privy to shouldn't be fuking them up .

I wish i knew all the stuff that you have access to on BL when i started IVing 20 years ago .
 
Yeah, I still have some decent veins. They're just all hiding after being battered 3 times a day, or I can't find 'em because I've bruised myself up from near misses / going through veins. Drunkenness + noob needle technique = fucked up arms.

Anyway, lesson learned. I'm going to give my veins a rest for a while. I've had a couple of 'em pop back up so it's tempting to have a dig, but for now I'm enjoying the leisurely pace of a toot. Plus, I've got an obvious fixation. Been through 47 1mls in under 3 weeks, and that's without a habit. Told you I'm an idiot, didn't I?
 
Can't you plug smack? Is it effective that way? You do plug amphetamines so you're not against the ROA per se, might be worth a try to save your veins.

Yeah, you can - it's pretty good too. Especially if you acidify it, though it works even if you don't.

The only problem being the side-effects of smack re: constipation. Which reminds me - senna and ex-lax on the shopping list today. :D
 
It's a good ROA though Kenny, so thanks for reminding me of it.

I've just got far too fond of watching my blood rush into a 1ml barrel to even think about it, even when my bowels have been empty enough for it to be viable.

[edit] I've got 5 council tax letters downstairs that came at the same time the other day. Theyre hopefully revisions for the full bills they charged me for that I didnt contest in time (I'm entitled to just pay 25% ). Cant muster the bollocks to look at them yet tho. If it's not a revision for this years and last years, then they can throw me in jail, cause I'm not paying it and I don't owe it. I'm not gonna pay thousands of pounds just cause I missed the claim by dates when I was ill. They can fuck right off if that's the case

We looked at this breed while we were looking at what breed would be best for our situation (altho, I always knew I wanted a whippet, just didn't know if it was the best choice for my current living arrangements). What's it like dogwise? They looked like they'd be a lot of fun actually, but they seemed to be really vocal and one would be way too fucking yappy for me.

Yappy dogs drive me nuts. Luckily whippets don't even bark, so ours is as quiet as a mouse. I've managed to get a few growls out of him when we've been play fighting, but other than that he's totally silent .. oh, 'cept when you stand on his toes when he gets under yer feet cos he's so fucking nosey and food driven.

I think I read that the mini pinschers had a few bone problems, something about them being pretty brittle? Dunno how much difference it actually makes tho

Yeah, I know. Booting's pretty frustrating for me now, but it still does something so I should cut my losses now probably. And I was nearly going for the groin last night as well. Very nearly made a post asking about other sites actually, but I expected (rightly) to get a bollocking. I mean, by all rights I should have enough decent veins in my arms and hands, but they're all practically invisible just now, even with a tourney. Not good.

I've been double-boiling filters and injecting practically-clear solution just to scratch the itch. Fucking stupid.

guess not. well, the best thing for you to do is use scrupulous good practice. veins are like tyres on race cars... they operate very well, and are fairly robust. however, push them too far and you do irreparable damage. however tempting it is to keep bangin that same reliable spot (and god, i know how it is) - moving laterally even an inch up or down makes a world of difference. the last time i tried, which fair enough, was a while ago. i could reach my femoral with insulin 1ml's - precisely because i took care of the site and accessed both sides, from crease of leg to abdominal muscle


most just keep battering the same spot, utilising longer needles to chase the retreating vein - being the same size/thickness as a garden hose, the femoral usually takes the abuse, and shows no sign of problems..... unfortunately, the first you'll know of it tends to be when you're rushed into hospital with a dvt - afterwhich, coming back out with both legs attached is to be considered fortuitous

I'm becoming one of those batterers you speak of, and seeing as I have to have regular blood tests anyway, it's probably wise for me to leave it alone for a while, though as I type, I keep spotting places I could go in. We'll see what happens later, but for now I'm content with a big bottle of Hoegaarden, 25mg promethazine, some xannies, my foil, my tooter and my Felt records.

Course, you'll probably read a post in the coming weeks where I'm looking for advice on hitting my jugular or something.

milk of magnesia was the only thing that worked for me when i was taking enough opis to have that problem. Senokot and the like was fuckin useless and just added to the discomfort. Apparently they have stopped producing this wonderfull old faithfull product M of M, (both a Boots pharmacist and an independent pharmacist told me this) so its getting more and more difficult to obtain. I bought the whole shelf full of it last time i saw it.
 
Really? I always do alright with a combo of senna and Ex-Lax (or similar), plus beer and coffee. Luckily I eat very little, so the discomfort is usually minimal. Hopefully the lithium will have an effect too, as it's renowned for making you want a shit.

lol, the interview seemed to go well. So far im the only candiate the agency has put forward for interview, dunno if they're gonna wait to see more people before they decide. I think Im gonna take this opportunty to get off bupe, i now no longer know how much free time Im gonna have. I mean they could ask me to start on Monday, if Im very lucky, but hopefully they will give me a bit longer to adjust to no bupe, and then offer me the job. Thats asking for perfect circumstances, that rarely happens.

Yes i want it to. I have no idea how im gonna feel if/when i stop taking bupe though, so i may not be on top form, but i dont really want to postpone this opportuntity incase it never arises again. Tomorrow might be my best bet as I'll still have the remnants of the half life of todays 0.5mg. Is tonight too short notice ?
