I like EADD alot for some reason, outta all the message boards I been on for some reason I find the people (99% of 'em anyway) nice, smart, overall good manners & smart witted, plus the levels of sophisated vice on here appeals to me.
Yup, agreed. "Sophisticated vice" is a nice way of putting it, too.
 
Im not sure how much etizolam to take before tomorrows interview, as i actually quite want the job im gonna be pretty fuckin nervous. Half a milligram wont be enough, 1 mg might be about right, any more than that and im gonna start impairing my memory and lapsing into way too casual informal behaviour and speach. They might like that, but its probably best to play safe and try to act all proper and proffessional. I think ive answered my own question.
 
I'd just like to chime in and say Berocca is awesome, brilliant for hangovers or generally feeling ill. One of them and a couple of strong coffees tends to fight off anything enough to function normally through a day.

A bit pricey, but I swear by both of these. The only warning is that you shouldn't use multivitamins every day. It's better to find your spectrum of nutrients in fruit and veg. Getting them in a pill will stop your appetite for fruits and veg and lead to inadequate fibre intake. Best use them occasionally for hangovers.

just wanted to quickly share my preloading regimen when taking MDMA as the last two times i tried it i had no comedown or side effects whatsoever(keeping the dose reasonable also helped, i'm sure).

2 hours before dropping:

a light meal(just be nice to my stomach with all the supplements)

2gs vit C with bioflavanoids
500mg Acetyl-L-Carnitine
100mg Grape Seed Extract
200mg Green Tea Extract
100mg CoQ10
10mg PQQ
my daily dose of Omega 3(2 caps)

1 hour before dropping:

200mg R-ALA
500mg Magnesium(oxide/glycinate combined formulation with zinc and calcium).

2 Hours into the roll:

100mg R-ALA
1g Vit C

4 Hours into the roll:

100mg R-ALA
1g Vit C
500mg Acetyl-L-Carnitine

When coming down:

100mg Grape Seed Extract
200mg Green Tea Extract
1g Vit C
100mg CoQ10
200mg 5-HTP

Before going to bed:

Multivitamin
6mg Melatonin

Why have them in fucking measured out doses? Where's the fun?

Get your 500mg a day doesn't have quite the same ring to it.
 
The Berocca with Guarana one (is it called Berocca boost?) mixed with a couple of Alka-Seltzer has got me through many a bad day. Fantastic apres morning cocktail.

In other news just eaten a sherbert dib dab and feel a bit sick. Not all effervescent things are a good idea. <3

How's everyone this morning? Hope you're all well, I noticed most of you are much nicer lately or maybe I'm in a better mood or something, it seems the forum is more chilled than usual.

At the office right now, my head is killing me, the day in Tel Aviv yesterday took its toll, I reckon I spent close to 100USD on beers, the whole day was basically a pub crawl by myself, what killed me was going back to the microbrewery place at the port, I can't resist real ales even if they're close to 10 dollars a pint. Oh well

Looking forward to tonight, there's a minimal techno night, the level of DJs here is great, much better than back home where they all play David Guetta, anyway I'll have to pretend to be working until the afternoon.

Shockingly optimistic mood today. Could do without having to go to uni, and got a house viewing at five because - at the last fucking minute - we decided not to go ahead and sign because the legal issue with access to the back garden wasn't getting sorted, the neighbours didn't want to play ball, and the woman we were buying off was insisting 'you can take rubbish out of the garden through the house'. Sold sign was up and everything :( But yeah good mood anyway, and saw somewhere the other day that we'll go for if this place isn't nicer, which would be hard cos it was lovely :D
 
I think that's a wise decision. It's not a good sign if there are legal/neighboural issues before even moving in.
