Well if my Passport fails I could always use the Swiss army knife scissors to cut out someone else's picture & replace it with mine.
That amount of money & toblerone at cost price has gotta be worth it.

Yeah its ok. Not one of cage's finest moments IMO.
I liked the plot, bit more violent than i was expecting for 15 [ watched with my kids...they were loving it and refused to let me turn it off...but i pretty quickly realized it was a mistake ]
I think cringing everytime somebody bled kinda ruined it for me.

My wife used to buy 1metre long Toblerone bars that Tesco would sell at Xmas time. It was fucking lethal, you could keep one behind the front door instead of a baseball bat.

Do you not like your job Dan?
I used to hate mine and I only stayed there as it was only a few minutes walk from my home and the money was good.
When you dread the start of the working week then it may be time to change jobs if possible.
 
I understand that situation all too well. I hate my job but it pays really well (for the type of work I do) and I really need the money right now as I'm still paying off debts that I ran up when I was young and stupid.

I'd love to go to uni (my biggest regret) and train for something worthwhile. Maybe one day, right?
 
Yeah Curious it's a bastard isn't it. It's so easy to end up feeling trapped in a job especially if the money is good. I knew if I left my job I wouldn't get the same money anywhere else so I stayed until I was made redundant & now I can't even get a minimum wage job around here.
University would be good if you have a career you want to go into afterwards.
 
What kind of responsible lender would give a 23 year old £10,000 of personal loans, plus a hire purchase loan for a two year old sports car (i don't mean a turbo hatchback either, I mean a proper sports car)?

I owed considerably more than what I earned in a year back then. I'm now 31 and I'm just getting back on my feet. The car is paid off and the personal loans are finished. Last thing to do is clear the credit card and the overdraft and I'll be debt free!
 
Yeah some lenders were more than happy to throw cash at people.
I remember in 1994 I asked Nationwide for a £500 loan to be paid back over a year and they refused to give it to me but then a year later they were more than happy to give me and my wife a £48000 mortgage.
My wife had personal debts of over £30,000 at age 25,fucking ridiculous.

Bodda I've phoned the Swiss embassy and as long as we have the Swiss Army Knife that has a magnifying glass on it then they are more than happy to accept us as citizens,so all good in the hood mate.

Very bored at work! Stumbled across this anyway, guy receives email from Nigerian scammer trying to get money from the "Pakistan Earthquake", anyway after a few emails (guy is pretending hes from a church) he convinces the scammer to become a part of his church so he can send him some donation money.

Nigerian scammer ends up getting some daft tattoo, pictures included... Anyway..:D

I haven't done fuck all today, I have a mountain of work to do, fuck. Looking forward to the sleepless nights doing two months worth of work in an all nighter, can't say I've changed much since my student days.
 
Anyone here relatively competent at plumbing? Just connected up a washing machine, all works okay except when it finished a test wash and drained, it worked ompletely fine except the drain pipe just stops at the other side of my kitchen, so all the water spilt out onto the floor. Am i meant to cap the drain pipe end? Or is there some missing. Sink works fine and i havnt a clue about this kinda stuff. Wahing machine is fine, just some of kitchen pipe seems to be missing or something Can take a picture if needed.
Any help would be greatly appreciated :)
