quality weekend, today has been good, spot on. aint felt this good on a monday for awhile, probably the lack of 6-apb. time to look for some new tunes, lil guitar sesh, might check out the Marley documentary film later heard its good

Yes thanks Knock,my mate called the housing association on Saturday & left message about the aerial.
They sent a man around today cos no one could get a signal and he sorted it out eventually.
Had to buy an indoors aerial to get us through the weekend.
Watching DVDs on it is so much better as the picture has so much more depth etc to it.
So glad to finally have a decent TV in the flat,I can't believe how genorous my mates brother was to just give it to us free of charge.

That was quick. I have to say my fuck-off plasma is one of my favourite things, makes all the difference to my enjoyment of films especially.

You'll be wanting a blu-ray player next. 1080p and you can see every pluke and wrinkle.
 
Inside Out London, on BBC1 - presumably London-only. They had that girl who did Benzo Fury and ran naked through Tesco. And her mate "he only took a few more than me, and now he's got organ damage". A. Few. More. Doses of something where the starter dose for a naive user is what - one or two? Fuck, wish it made me want to run around naked, I just got monged.

Also mentioned that case where someone synthed the wrong drug and 20-odd people got Parkinson's, didn't mention it was years ago and in the States (right?), and stated outright that the same thing could happen, only on a much wider scale.

Couple of toxicologists saying that they're seeing a few people with problems now, but they're worried that in a few years it'll be a huge number of people (which is exactly the same fucking thing people have been saying as long as I can remember....). Also they were big on the health warnings and 'not for human consumption' on the packets - "and yet they take this drug that says not for human consumption!!!" - even though they said themselves that suppliers have to include that label or it's not legal to sell the stuff....
 
Being a tight a fuck jock i scrapped the plan of a LED or LCD tv for the bedroom the and bought an old CRT off Gumtree for £5. Spent the rest of the cash on Aprils holiday to Spain.

My logic was in 5 years time i'll not look back and say "ooh do you remember watching such 'n such on that flat thin TV" but im more likely to remember the week in Spain with my bird and a few of my pals.

Best £5 i ve spent in a long time.

But you don't need to remember watching something on the TV five years ago, you can watch it every day!

Barry Kidston .... a depressing cautionary tale if ever there was one. He was trying to synth MPPP (a synthetic opiod) but fucked it and made MPTP instead which iirc gave him and some friends instant Parkinsonism.

Cutest cat i've seen so far. Perhaps we should have a pageant Knockando :)

I've been wracking what I charitably call my 'brain' trying to remember the name of a vitamin that I've been taking for years to protect my liver.. I can only think of the olde english name for it 'liver wort'... arghhhhh Even the net seems to be drawing a blank for me.

Any clues?
