My favourite tv chef is Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall, I absolutely love the guy, he seems genuinely nice, doesn't pretend like Jamie Oliver and cooks great genuine food. I completely agree with his stance against huge commercial food industries that don't consider the welfare of the animal, nor the consumer. The intensive pig and chicken farms are a disgrace
