My advice to Mugz not to even consider that job has perfectly good reasons backing it up. Nothing to do with "grow up" etc. Just regarding that particular job.

Should be getting a phone interview tomorrow for a sales job that pays no wage, commision only. Its this new EU grant that the UK got for roof insulation. If I get the job I will have to convince people to sign up for the free insulation and I'll make £50 per person that I get signed up, if I can't get anyone to sign up then I make no money

It's a chance to make some decent money though.

Be wary of commission only sales jobs. They always go on about how much 'money you can make' and will give you a great sales pitch about it but in reality they are are usually small companies that spring up to make a quick buck out of the latest fad or loophole around, only to disappear just as quickly. Any company with even the slightest level of stability can pay a minimum wage basic at least, they simply have to drop the commissions a little. They just don't want to give anyone job security since they plan to fuck off sharpish.

Door to door though, just like cold calls piss me off just as much. usually just open the window from upstairs as im a doss cunt and sit around in my pants most of the time, as usually when I run and try and stick some clothes on to get to the door its someone trying to sell me some new guttering or a sponge for £7. ive got an old mercedes , this one but its rusting too fuck

Anyway off track, I actually got some free insulation from the goverment, but it was the stuff where they fill your walls with liquid, it was free but I cant remember how we aquired it.
