That piqued my interest , could be really nice . I'm a bit jelly
I lol at people who keep their ex's on facebook as friends....'I will always loveeeee youuuuuu' it's even sadder when they keep pictures of their ex's on there too like a trophy pic.
Its just not healthy, not right. exes knowing what exes are up to, kids knowing what parents are up to, parents knowing what kids are up to, its all just drama fuel.

Eh, I'm friends with about five exes on FB. No big thing. All relationships that ended before I joined FB though.
The thing I find it useful for is keeping in touch with people I wouldn't email - like not my closest friends but more casual ones. I managed a meetup with Red Arrow once because we both turned out to be going to the same town at the same time, but I wouldn't have bothered emailing people to tell them I was going to be there.
Harsh but fair. .

I don't really like using Facebook but it did come in very handy a couple of years ago.
I had a son in 1994 with obviously an ex girlfriend now. Anyway we split up 4 months after he was born and his mum moved him to somewhere else in the country so I basically I had no idea where they were.
I hired a solicitor to try and find them which they initially did but she then moved again.
Cut a long story short, one night my sister was on FB & decided to see if she could find my ex on there, which she did.
She made contact to find out the lay of the land and to ask if I'd be able to contact my son.
To my surprise she agreed I could contact my son. I was worried she would have poisoned him against me over the years but she hadn't,she had only spoken well of me.
So thanks to Facebook I now have contact with my 18 year old son that was only 4 months old the last time I had seen him.
