It's all good, I'm eternally grateful for my wonderful wife and blessed with my kids.

I'm having my fruit muesli and some weird raspberry drink that my mother brought me at Easter, she get everyone else wine and such but makes sure I'm not left out, bless her. Whereas even after what must be 3 years my father in law still pressures me to have a drink, he just doesnt get it which is probably no bad thing.

Namaste indeed, another reminder to contact my old Tai Chi teacher, I really liked him, he invited me to his house before I started to discuss my health issues and drug use and to see what I wanted from the teaching. We had a lot of common ground and he knew his stiff from the ultra slow and controlled to the hyper fast martial arts end.

I found it suited me much better than static meditation, although becoming so at one with the fluid movements could achieve the same result IMO, you're freed by the total commitment of mind and body to these fluid patterns that seem to balance and silence your inner gibbering. I saw parallels to dancing in warehouses but without the chaos and drugs.
