I think the words you use and send out can create your reality.. so if you say something like ' oh i'm doing a test tomorrow its going to be really difficult' it will be. Its like the universe brings itself in to agreement with the things you say.

This is true, that Allen Carr book about stopping smoking makes it VERY PLAIN that you should always refer to stopping smoking as 'stopping smoking' and not as 'giving up' because you are not giving anything up, you are gaining something, ie health and money. I found that very useful when I stopped. Unfortunately I started again but after two years.

Its not really on to slag off MSB when he cant respond is it? Hes probably frothing at the mouth now.

That's pretty much his default setting so it's hardly going to make a difference. :D
