Believe me, some of us have that hammered into us at a relatively young age. And some women unfailingly pick the extremely rare moments where the bloke's not up for it.

I can't remember any of the stories about Kara by heart, just the odd bit here and there, all of which seemed to imply he was a controversial character, shall we say.
