Life is pretty chilled out at the moment thank God Bluebell. I'm happy as long as my daughter is content and healthy. So what have you been on a long sabbatical? What knocked you off the wagon?

Fuck. For the very first time in my life, i've lost my phone. Spend all night/morning at a techno gathering, and I cant remember where I left it. On a more positive note, 4mg of Etizolam had me sleeping right through from 9am to 8pm, and I just found out i'am insured against mobile phone loss through my bank. Only the excess is £30.

In 14 years I've only ever lost one phone. I went under on gb in Hyde Park and woke up minus phone and husband. He came round knee deep in the Serpentine. We'd had a stop and search earlier so quite an eventful day 8)
