Hows all ye guys doin?
Not long back from work. gonna get my drink on and watch season 4 of Breaking Bad (not the entire season but see how far I get)
its all good man
 
still need to catch up on season 4, been watching season 5 of dexter and true blood

ordered a g of 6-APB =D lovelyyyyy
 
True Blood wasn't my sort of thing. Did anyone watch Homeland? I caught a couple episodes in Thailand then noticed my old dear was watching it earlier this week so watched the last couple episodes, it was not bad.
 
I like Homeland, don't know when it's coming back on tho. What about Boardwalk Empire? Did you catch that.

Last episode of Breaking Bad this Sun.
 
gonna have to check out Boardwalk empire, just read "Created by Sopranos scribe Terence Winter and coproduced by director Martin Scorsese,"

That alone is good enough for me
 
Catch up on the last 2 series of Boardwalk Empire dan - you'll love it. Next one due Sept.

Homeland was alright, but I can't help but feel like it should have been a film rather than a series.

I don't like to Mr SB but I have to agree, it did feel like film material spun out for a series and advertising revenue. The concept interested, but it could have been executed better...I feel in need of a conclusion, more etc etc. Hence the wait for a further series.

Yeah I agree. I don't want it to be dragged out over multiple series. Tbh I just wanted his fucking bomb to work and him to blow up the vice president and that be the end of it.

As for Boardwalk Empire could not get into it at all.

Yeah I know what you mean about the execution. I don't mind the odd red herring, but constant red herrings do not substitute for a genuine plot! I'm not sure I want to invest in the second series any more if they're going to try and keep it going for another 5-10. It will become so ridiculously convoluted.
 
I'm the same. Not sure I want to get dragged into another series when it's obviously going to continue for multiple series after that.
