When I was in the Midlands I'd got to a park in Halesowen. Was lovely.

I had a dream where a girl whom I definitely recognised but can't for the life of me put a name to was asking me questions about Michael Gira. Then found two red silk ribbons in my sock drawer which I can't recall being there before.

I'm sure there's a rational explanation for the latter; the former was just plain ridiculous.
 
Blimey I popped into town for a few bits, which is quite a rare thing, Aldi and Poundland were packed to the doors and every fuker was looking at me :sus:

Next time I shall seek sanctuary at LIDL ;)

What a preposterous suggestion ;) it's one of the few things I don't tend to suffer from to any great extent, I am a little wonky after the indulgences of the last few days but I tend to catch myself thinking those thoughts and find it quite entertaining, if I ever felt genuinely uncomfortable I'd just leave the place and go hide in a corner for a bit :D

I'm doing OK thanks, I've got about an hour to potter round and get a few bits done before I have to pop out and collect my son from the school's film morning then it's just me, home and editing his latest YouTube video ....apparently.

I'm hoping to construct a bracket later to mount this 1940's metal flask thing to the side of a WWII Soviet Ammo box so I can use it to hold 2 Stroke Oil....how could that not be the most interesting thing you've heard all week

You have some interesting dreams, Sammy G. Do you write a dream diary? There may be a pattern to your dreams n some people find it helpful to journal them.

Many of them occur in the same place, which is a weird mixture of a brutalist city and rural backwater, where the main form of transport is some kind of cable car.

Many are too embarrassing to even go into. I tend to forget them quickly, or important details become hazy. I've been going to the aforementioned place for ten years now. I decided it was my real home once, which was predictably disastrous.
 
Huh, you have a persistent dream world too? I tried to draw a map of mine once, to explain to a friend. Didn't work.
 
I have a good few reoccurring dreams but not so many similar landmarks! I have discussions over and over again!
 
I keep dreaming my mum's still alive and when I talk to her in the dream I can't understand how she's still there when I know she died... It's horrible actually and according to my ex I sometimes cry in my sleep when I have that dream.....

Strangely it only seems to happen when I oversleep....like on a day off or a Sunday or something...

I hate bad dreams...sleep paralysis is a twat too..when you half asleep and half awake and want to move but you're paralysed.... Awful :(
 
It's wierd cos in the dream you think you've moved then you slip into wakefulness again and you realise your still in the same position....

Then you try again to move onky slower this time and the same thing happens.... Then you try to force yourself awake and you can't...

Again in only seems to happen when I oversleep....
 
I'd pretty much become alice in my own wonderland if I could lol. Time to wrench these boots off!
 
mothers 70th birthday was today massive party guess who wasn't wanted at the fucker ? so stopped at home eating etzi lol
