Sleet and gales? Bleedin' 'eck.

We had about ten minutes of what sounded like torrential rain (I couldn't tell from the office) but when I roved out to get my pre-packed sandwich and me bottle of water, it was glorious sunshine. The sun always shines on the, um, nah.

Still glorious blue skies, but they're very quickly fading like an ill-fated tryst.

Why are you not making your own packed lunches and drinks? I could buy you a bento box for your birthday

The weather's pretty raw and fast moving today. We have a river at the bottom of the garden and it has rapids!!! :D I've asked Felix for a kayak but he's told me not to be so stupid

I've often wondered why, especially as I eat the same thing every day. It's as much an excuse to go for a wander / smoke / listen to music / perv (sometimes) as anything else I guess. And you know I'm not friends with food and would rather do away with it entirely.

I am still sick Kate but this is the mother of all headaches. Dunno where it came from but it can fuck right off from whence it came! UGH! I really just want to sleep and I know at this point its just a case of sleeping TOO much! Over-worked.... A bit bit but because its shift work and I push myself too hard its my own fault.

Aww honey, you wee soul, I know you're a worker, but sometime's a lady you need to slow down a lil Shifts must be mucking up with your biorhythms. Get lots of fluids and vitamins in you - I'm swearing by the B complex and Vit D at the moment. But what you need is tlc on hand. What about a nice hot bath?

Kate, because we live so near one another I KNOW how wet it is!!! I slipping and sliding each time I take the crazy dog out. It sounds like I'm walking in a a bloody marsh. Doesn't help that the girl pulls on the lead. It's like jet skiing!!!! Crazy dog. Also, wiped her paws took my wellies off and yet there are muddy pawprints down my tan carpeted hallway! GAH gonna have to get to scrubbing!!!! No FUN!

I can eat nice meals; they just have to be simple and preferably cooked by / with somebody else. I just can't get be bothered doing it for myself, and the number of times that I've thrown away what I've just cooked is silly. I get enough nutrition at the moment though, and I'm fine.

I can't imagine visiting your dining table - I'd be too scared.

Thanks but I'm making a right arse of this second hand granny wing back sofa and 2 chair I bought to fiddle with . The sofa is covered in layers of furs, sheepskins and divine fabrics at the moment. I'm surprised its not quarantined One of the chairs has industrial sized castors on it that I'm using as a computer chair with a difference 8( Until I learn how to recover the other, I don't stand a chance with the wheely one. God do I get some funny ideas

I was just offended by the suggestion that I'd need one in order to pull, that's all. :D

I can use cutlery, just. I sit down very well. I don't eat loudly or talk with my mouth full. I do get very nervous eating around others though. I really have to work up to eating out, and find it more stressful than enjoyable a lot of the time.

You'd be fine at my dinning table, I'd have you propped up on one of my refurbished wing-back chairs, antique lace napkin tied around your chops and lots of hunger inducing drugs in front of you as an aperitif - eh maybe a GBL pineapple cocktail, followed by a massive joint of squigy Afghan gold . By then you'd be snatching at the canapés :D Salivating for the next course 8)

Off course by then it may just be a platter of the opium pipe, maybe something more stimulating and icy %)

Never to worry, as the hostess with the mostest, you're comfort and pleasure are my primary aim

Believe it or not, for the few I let "in" it is indeed my thing
