welcome back.. if its any consolation i did ask about you in Gibs sometime back..Hi all, back for a while after sorting some family stuff. Have I missed much?
Btw, thanks for all the concerned PMs whilst I was away...![]()
Is there any other eadders on non - RC decent drugs atm like acid xtc coke or owt or am i the last of the mohicans on that front?
I'd give a limb to have experienced the glory days of the rave scene - sadly I wasn't even born until '94 so all I have ever had is the tales from those who were there.![]()
I've only got a few bits of vinyl, I sold a fair few that I had no attachment to at the hight of the Ebay prices. I tried my hand at DJing a bit but used CDs, I was shite so strictly a bedroom affair really
I've got Gigs of vinyl rips though mainly sourced from people I knew from back in the day, great times but I don't buy into all that 'it was better in 91' BS, there were those back then that said it was 'better in 87' ....
i promise you none of my posts above are BS
my pal anto obrien was station manager on sunset 107fm in 95 he has a easily googled online profile which backs up all my claims about his rave credentials
Then there'll be those who'll say the best time to have had your youth was 76-78 or 66-69 . It would be quite handy to have a time travel machine that could not only time travel but also deduct 25 years off your life, and then we could all experience all the eras and scenes first hand, at the peak of our youths when everything was exciting and anything seemed possible. You can get away with so much more in your late teens / early twenties than you can as middle age dawns upon you.
