not a great deal to live for doesn't help its a matter of i am here for the sake of my cat more than anything every time i pull out of a nose dive something comes along and fucks me over said it before its a matter of just time before something snaps and do off myself

Come on you have to hold ur life in higher esteem than a cat man. And yes YOU CANT SEE UR LIFE GETTING BETTER. I can tho drugs are whats fucking up ur life and head BELIEVE THAT. A temporary relief that you pay 4 down the line. BREAK the cycle of drugs misery get councilling and self worth shoots up.did it 14 year ago.

i know this is out of kindness but i truly have nothing left inside me to fight with and i have some major problems screwing everything up at the minute its not just a matter of blaming it on my drug useage the is a lot more to it that simply wont just go away
ive got a councillor and been down the track once all ready just to find it dug up more problems that i could deal with at the time
anyway n point lingering on it these things happen and i am at peace with the fact it will one day happen

So you have problems that you can't run away from which are screwing everything up, yet you get a chance to receive some help and decide that it's too difficult?
It's not meant to be easy. Nobody's going to flick a switch and make everything okay overnight. It takes guts, hard work, determination and a whole lot of painful emotion, but it's ultimately the most worthwhile thing in the world.
I (and probably others) got the impression that you expected the medical establishment to simply hand you some substitute drugs in exchange for the ones you were taking illicitly and wave you on your merry way. That may not have been the case, but that's how it came across in your posts.

I'm seeing an addiction specialist as well, told him to give me subutex to kick kratom and he just laughed at me. However he seemed more receptive when I asked for a vallie script to taper the online benzos. He said that in a few months he might also consider giving me Ritalin so I don't have to buy EPH online anymore. Still for now it's just psychological assistance, hope my diclaz taper goes well or I'm fucked.

Good luck with the diclaz taper. Wouldn't pin your hopes on the ritalin, but then you actually have a valid diagnosis, don't you?
Don't know what Italian healthcare is like, but I'm afraid that over here you'd probably be flagged as a drug seeker on the strength of the above.
