Hah yeah, unfortunately I was a bit too wasted to earn any money over there. ;) And the minigolf was rather silly fun and looked incredible as you get 3D glasses to wear too.. would have looked mindblowing on truffles but I think we'd have needed a sober sitter for navigating roads/trams to get there.

yeah navigating a foreign town while on drugs can be hazardous. reminds me of my acid trip in berlin. somehow ended up on the cruising side of some big ol park. felt flattered at first though not my scene.
 
Tehehe, yeah, exactly. Although somehow I managed to order takeaway pizzas to the hostel via a Dutch website when I was tripping quite hard. Quite proud of that as I'm not sure it's something I would have been able to figure out sober.. :?

maybe they re also more used to getting calls from hostels in all sorts of tongues and they just send a pizza as thats what everyone else orders anyway? ;)

ordered some pizza with some friends at work once. ordered online from a place that was in another part of the country without noticing. got called when the delivery guy didnt find the number of the street we were at. ended up starved and a bit embarrased

Yeah.. I have thought of adding baclofen but I want as little GABA shit inside me as needed. I should really give baclofen a good trial though.

I'm lucky with pregabalin, tolerance comes down fairly quick. Golden rule seems to be, for me, not too stay over 300mg for too long (I'm 70kg), no more than a few days, in order to avoid rebound and the worst of the tolerance.

Me neither.. though I suppose there were 3 of us so I did have help. Am usually pretty awful at managing to do things.. especially use computers.. when on anything shroomy.

Feeling quite blah now.. hoping I've not caught something flu/cold/Ebola-y. :|

There's quite a nasty cold doing the rounds just now. I seem to have had it for weeks. Doesn't help if some dickhead in your office insists on having a fan turned on at all times either. Might help matters if he moved the heater from its position right next to him.

Aye, I hate it when people insist on leaving the house when they're ill, and then spread germs to everyone else. Ick. And you're reminding me why I hate office work.. hope you recover from yer cold soon anyway.
 
Ah, it's an awful cold, but it's fading. I'm just full of phlegm now. My scarf actually helped by the way, despite your scepticism. I'm still considering a bottle of whiskey to make double-sure though.

And yeah, it's only one guy in the office, but he sticks the aircon on when it's unnecessary, props open the office door (which I've made it clear that I hate, being nearest the door and all) despite his fan and the aforementioned aircon, plus the fact that the air outside the office is warmer. That kind of bloke.
 
bah, problems of the modern world...
do you think our ancestors cared much that the cave was lightly drafty? think they stayed in when slightly ill and let the rest of the tribe hunt alone?
