That's strange. Almost every Facebook friend of mine and their parents (and in some cases grandparents) have done it. I'd say at least half of them haven't donated a cent. Shows what kind of people I'm friends with, I suppose 8)
 
Really? Heh. I've seen a lot of people grumbling about wasting water and a few saying they'd donated. I have a carefully-honed selection of friends on there though. ;)

I did see someone do it outside my window, so it was kind of interesting to watch in real life.
 
i think it's great that this is raising awareness but what a waste of fresh water. there are people in the world dying because they don't have clean water and thousands of people are just throwing it away. for me, this is up there with 'competitive eating'.

if you think asl is a cause worth supporting, great. send them a check and upload a video to youtube of your writing it...
