That doesn't sound fun at all mate. gbl is nasty stuff, a mate of a mate ODd on it and died a couple of years back. Not a nice way to go! (understatement). and meth and heroin thrown into the mix too? fuck. haha

True. I would give DMT to someone who had never tripped before without a second thought*, I would be wary with just about every other psychedelic. It wouldn't matter if they completely freaked out and hated it, it only lasts 10 minutes.


*hypothetically. Obviously I wouldn't actually give someone drugs, that would be illegal.

Shit sorry to hear about your mate :( If its any consolation, i would imagine a fatal OD of GBL would comprise of just falling asleep. AFAIK it takes a ridiculous dose to actually go over on GBL alone, but thats besides the point.

The heroin actually perfectly masked the WD during the day, it was just the night times where i completely lost it. Its that which led me into a false sense of security, that the withdrawals wernt that bad, leading me to bosh the meth. I actually quite enjoyed the day time for the first couple of days haha :D

Cheers for the support everyone :) I find it funny that anti-drug people are always so overly negative about drug users, but from what i've seen (for the most part) we seem to be the most compassionate cunts going

Yeah as i say, that first couple of days were actually enjoyable - who would have thought that heroin and meth was a good combo, aye :D? Amazing how little goes a long way with meth. Cant imagine how tweaked out people must get consuming 1g+ in a session - sounds fucking rank 8(

quite the opposite. he had a seizure, full body spasms, muscles on his face moving by themselves etc.... there was some meph involved too which obviously doesn't help but it was mostly gbl he was hammering for 3 days and nights straight. bit of meph to keep him going. anyway, enough of this talk....haha.

Yeah sorry about that mate, i knew i should have left it. Least things like this can be used as a reminder to not go overboard <3

On another point - does anyone know if it was ever proven/disproved that GBL can cause metabolic acidosis? I tried looking about myself, but couldnt actually find any hard evidence for either.

Thanks so much Marmz <3 It has arrived today. Tuther half brought it up a bit ago. Shall look forward to having a proper listen tomorrow.
Not left the house for over two weeks now and I think tomorrow may be the day to break this cycle and join the real world.
