Yeah, I really need to get rid of some books but it pains me to do that.. I don't need quite so many though.

Ahh, quite possibly! The boyfriend bought them but there's a good chance it was because they were on offer. I had one of them when I got in last night (not really sure why) and it was like eating tasty cardboard. Tastier now, though.

Mmm, I'm looking forward to Homeland... will be strange not having Brody in it. Much respect for Damian Lewis.

Seems to have got pretty good reviews the first episode... 8.8 on IMDB & 8.1 on tv.com.

Yeah day long drinking sessions have a special place in my heart... used to do them with one of my friends who would come up to visit - either get a case of beer in & share them until it's time to go out, or go for a pub lunch, have a few pints, back to flat for pre-drinks & then back out again. More often than not we'd just end up just carrying on drinking in the flat & watch 2-3 films.

I generally found I got less inebriated that way... surprising how much you can drink when you pace yourself all day long. :D

That's very true. Except I usually stop eating when I start drinking so I can still get fucked up pretty easily. And the best thing is you sleep through your hangover!

And you also have the added satisfaction of being on the piss while other, more functional members of society are going about their boring and productive daily lives ;)

Brody was the best part of homeland, shouldn't have gotten rid of him

Speaking of damian lewis.. might watch Band of brothers again sometime

Sol is pretty good too alongside Carrie... Plus I've no doubt they'll bring someone new in as a quasi-brody replacement.

Yeah he was amazing in that. Have you read the book? It's got pictures in the back & the likeness of the actors to the real people is pretty amazing...

 
I do really like Homelands, i did love it though. I think they made a balls up of it to be honest, it was excellent, it had alot more of excellence left in it if the writers hadnt of seemed to of gone mental. Its just good now.

I used to love pot noodles then I realised how many calories were in a whole pot, fuck me.

And bakewell slices rather than whole tarts? Not impressed scotchy, not impressed at all.

I am wired as fuck so none of that seems appetising now anyway but normally custard tarts = <3

Thank god my lectures aren't until 2 tomorrow is all I have to say. I'm going to organise my room or something I think.

I can't stop eating today. Need more chocolate cake. Last night I had to make some noodles at 1am because I was so painfully hungry. Probably a tapeworm.
 
Same here summer, ate them quite often, didnt realize noodles could be so unhealthy tbh, loads of cals and fat. havent had one for years
