My daughters 5 and my boys 1, very soon be 6 and 2 though. We aimed to have them both as close to Christmas as possible just to make the end of the year as financially crippling as possible;)

Really enjoying the ages of them, my daughters reading really well, sit there with a massive smile on my face as she reads to me. I find it amazing. My boys just starting to talk, hes started a lot later than his sister. So fuckin funny when hes trying to say things.

dosed MXE day before last, yesterday 200mg tramadol - a lot for me. Sotoday, i think 1.5mls GHB ok? first time trying it.

Not the best hr advice but should be safe.. Just maybe start with 1ml if tis your first time. And wait a couple of hours to redose that shit can take time
 
AFAIK so long as no other downers are active in your body you should be OK. I dont know how long mxe and tramadol takes to be completly eliminated. I would have thought that the MXE would no longer be active, tramdol though, dunno, that stuff has some pretty weird, complicated and unique properties. I may be being over cautious, but i think thats the way to go with GHB, tramadol can increase the risk of seizures and so can GHB. Dunno if im adding 2+2 to get 5 here i may welll be. Maybe better safe than sorry though, and leave the G for another day.
 
True, waiting is best practice.
That said 200 tram is not a massive dose, and the half life is 5h for tram 9 h for main metabolite. The dose was over 24h ago so he should be safe, taking care of course to not take too much g... Watch for breathing depression eh
