See this is an example I think we can all agree on being a truly justifiable muderous desire. There are some who are beyond the pale even for us folk that approve of killing kids and party with paedos.

That second sentence is not true incidentally, Normally I wouldn't feel the need to clarify but is probably for the best I do before it gets quoted at me as proof of... something or other. The first bit of that second sentence is really not so very far from being true though. This is Jezza - whole other category of wrong.

Yup. I was utterly convinced my recently deceased ladyfriend had come back as a deomic queen of the witches and lurched from being all ultragoth sex bomb one minute to screaming at me to slit my throat with a rusty blade the next to forcing me do try to perform impossible tasts that would result in various form of really quite impressively excessive eteranl torment and torture when I inevtoably failed tham to... a number of things. Even once I flushed every substance I could find anywhere in my house (cos "she made me") it was a good few weeks before the voices completely faded and even now several months (probably a year or so near enough now) down the line part of me still wonders if I'm wrong about it all being synthetic cannanoids (with some assistance from MXP and MDPV and probably a few other things - but very clearly very largely a direct result of smoking a lotta synthnoids on a fairly regular basus). I know beyond question it was the most terrifying, bizarre and utterly, utterly real experience I've ever had though. Made actual real things look shoddy in comparison. More real than real is very, very convincing - I can't imagine how I could have even considered what was happening was in my head not permeating more than one entre reality that was also entirely in my head looking back. If "she" had told me that it wasn't the edge of a tall building it was actually a swimming pool I would have believed it and there's not gurantee I'd not jump if "she" became insistent enough (ie terrifying like nothing else could ever be). Couldn't pay me to take any of those again and it's not like I'm a rare example cos plenty peeps go properly nuts smoking synths.

Yes it is but if you have too many second nights in a row tolerance builds fairly rapidly. Two nights is a weekend, a week is doable if not sensible. Doses tend to creep up obviously but it's never not worked at all for me even when I have been less than sensible with it. Not recommending unsensibleness but tolerance will make it too expensive to not revert to being sensible long before you get to a stage where it just gives up completely. Seems to be the same with all 2Cs - acid and 'shrooms are much pickier about how many days off they get with 2Cs being slutty swirls in comparison.

Haha, I'm not a fan. I turned it on earlier for a laugh and it was only the fact that the telly isn't mine that stopped me putting my foot through it. I would happily have sacrificed a TV to release my pent up anger caused by that horrible excuse for a person.

If you want to go from happy to fucking raging in 30 seconds, Jeremy is your man.

Sure, sure. Bet you tune in every morning PTCH (it seems to be on about 10am I believe? It's always on when I first turn the TV on in the mornings at least).

I remember watching it with great amusement during school holidays when I was quite young. Even then I enjoyed feeling a middle class sense of superiority over the er... specimens that appeared on there. A lot of the time, I can empathize with ol' Jezza.

Daytime TV is a strange thing.

I'm not the one advocating murdering folk I don't think I'd want to meet. As tends to happen often when people don't actually have anything to back up their righteous fury, you're making stuff up that - if anything - comes closer to the We Can Torture People Cos We Only Want To Do It To People We Thoroughly Disapprove Of side of things really. That is a fantasy where you can "get away with it". I was mostly saying murderers should be in prison not burnt alive or made into very specific types of human sushime or whatever particular fetish is involved. That and even people who do really, really horrible things may have reasons beyond simply being "evil". I don't think any reason can ever come close to excusing any such acts. I don't think they should get off with a short sentence. I don't think we should have a whip round and buy him prezzies. Just think the torturing and the murdering stuff is a bit full-on and wonder why anybody thinks it's okay. That's not wondering why people feel so strongly about things when they hear of them but surely that's fleeting and then plain ol' reality starts to return and you remember that not many things are worse than premeditated - and pre-savoured - murder but that plus hypocrisy would be in that small gorup cos it has an extra bit alongsinde the murdery stuff.

I'm very glad we don't all think the same way cos there'd be nobody left alive by now in a world where mob rule rules - one day everybody will find themselves being the target for the day until the last two people have a disagreement and the only reasonable response to anything distasteful or even downright repulsive is to poke it with sharp things and chop it and burn it and do... icky stuff to the bits that are left. It's truly a moral victory if not such a great idea to have... well... a world where people can get away with doing whatever they feel they should be able to do because they are right dammit. Nevermind about needing any reason other than really not liking somebody really rather a lot.

Feel free to imagine this was posted in t'other thread but as you don't want to speak to me in that one you'd be talking to yourself if I didn't answer you here. Which would be a little ironic perhaps. Little bit.
 
I hate that programme and its ilk. Cynically scheduled to perpetuate the myth of the deserved poor (along with saints and scroungers, the street and all that other propaganda churned out by the idiots' lantern). Gather together a few freakshow geeks (or extreme products of the system) and get them on camera. Goad them. They react like the animals in the zoo they're being prodded like.

It's easy enough to get the masses to swallow this shit whole without thinking about it. They come to conclude that If you're claiming any (scandalously generous) social security, you probably deserve not to be. In fact, most of you don't deserve to be part of society. You deserve to rot in the street.

Nothing to do with the the way the working class have been calculatedly, systematically fucked over for decades, oh no. Nothing to do with the decision to scale down labour to facilitate the service sector and the inevitable, unavoidable unemployment

And yes summer, it tends to be the most fucked up and vulnerable in society who choose, for whatever reason (a perceived righting of wrongs, self -esteem issues), to go on the show. This makes them putty in that scumbag kyle's hands - malleable for whatever agenda needs to be pushed.
