Gibberings CLXXII - I Have Zero Imagination

^ I don't really have the option of shaving my head. I'd look like a cancer victim. I look better with hair even if my hairline is receded. I used to have pretty decent hair until ~20, sort of wavy, there is no doubt it has changed my appearance.

ITV 21:00 - Argentina vs. Netherlands.

hair loss=chernobyl, just wait and see what fuckashima has in store - do the research and its fucking frighting

So why does this apparent nuclear-disaster-triggered hair loss bear far more of a resemblance to male pattern baldness than it does the effects of exposure to radiation? And why isn't it happening to women at the same rate as it is men if that's the case? :?

I think you need to be a little more discerning in your 'research', perhaps.

5star I have messaged you elsewhere how are you actually feeling? Really? :(

Must have been scary as hell. Awful. You take care of you.

The Fukushima power plant has been leaking radiation in to the sea for ages hasn't it? what a mess, & the biggest media outlets mention nothing

This planet could probably be run fully sustainable if it wasn't for all the profit involved for corporations, fucking the place up in the process

I have a friend obsessed with Fukishima every post on FB is related to it..there is plenty of stuff if you look I think..he must be getting it from media online?

In other lighter and rather embarassing news..but I will share..I purchased Justin Timberlake's album today from a charity shop and unashamedly love it..and yes it was a replacement. I also bought Screamadelica...it is perturbing me that ANYONE would give that album to a charity shop. Although I suppose no one but me buys cds anymore?

I would have thought men may suffer more from thinning than they used to because of a rise in the amount of people suffering anxiety or depression.

I guess mine has nothing to do with my Grandpa who had a bald patch on his head by my age. (thankfully I'm not there yet :D)

I was born the year after Chernobyl though. :sus: ;)

It does happen, but it's extremely rare.

No, of course -nothing to do with genetics. It's fucking Chernobyl, dammit!

Doesn't male pattern baldness come from the female line?

Not necessarily. That's an enduring myth AFAIK.

I wish it would stop raining already. It's been pouring all day and I have to get to the other side of town on my bike soonish

Yikes, get well soon, 5Star! :(

Ooh, you do have good taste. And no, nothing would part me from Screamadelica.. I think I have two copies, just in case I lose one. Which is a bit daft as I mostly only ever listen to mp3s these days anyway.

^ i have the u.k. version and the u.s. version which differ slightly (terry farley mix of 'come together' is on the u.s. version)

a seminal work :)
