thank you i am today i need more excise and Routine in my life the sun was lovely lifted my spirits a little that and charlie jack was very cuddly today for some reason think he knows i am suffering with this and got a little scared of losing me

Na night all..been a very long day with a few welcome and a few not so welcome suprises.Off to sleep-pill free eek <3 to all and seriously all the best scotchmist-holdhard.

Evening FG,hope you feeling good mate.
Yes exercise and routine certainly can help with keeping everything on nice even keel.
When I used to go running,circuit training & playing badminton I was so fit and I found that all the exercise did help to keep me in a good frame of mind much moreso than any anti-depressant ever did.
Sunshine always lifts my mood, a nice hot sunny day puts me in a good frame of mind almost without fail.

When I used to go running,circuit training & playing badminton I was so fit and I found that all the exercise did help to keep me in a good frame of mind much moreso than any anti-depressant ever did.
Sunshine always lifts my mood, a nice hot sunny day puts me in a good frame of mind almost without fail.

Same, used to do a lot of cardio and weight training, felt buzzing after, uplifted... excuse the shitty pun... slept better etc, and yea same here with the sunshine, lack of vitamin D partly to blame i expect

im just hoping its still fine when ive got my drug counselling over with tomorrow and i dnt bump into anyone i dnt need to see then i spark up a joint and walk home in peace from the bus stop

It is a thing and why you haven't is a mystery to us all :?

Another thing is sausage and marmalade sandwiches. Also cheese and jam. Both introduced to me by a good friend many years back. Was sceptical. I don't even like jam all that much. Both work far better than they have any right to do so and are downright tasty. I suppose it's not such a stretch. Cheese and fruit go well together as do sausages and onion marmalade - just switch it for a good quality orange marmalade for a taste sensation <3
 
Sausage n cheese is a good combo, cant imagine eating cheese and jam though

There deffo is a good buzz to be had from exercise. I found that circuit training 2-3 times a week was a great way to get fit in a short space of time due to the different types of exercise it involved.
Sometimes at the end of a good run I would get back home and be buzzing so much and feeling so good that I felt like I wanted to go straight outside running again.
It really does help mentally as well I found.

I remember meeting some Irish girls years ago and when in Macdonalds they would dip their fries into a strawberry milkshake. They did offer me to try it and swore it was delicious but I couldn't bring myself to try it.
 
Fries dipped in milkshake is something you need to try... lovely combination.

Mm, definitely. I remembered what the post-yoga buzz was like a few days ago. Lovely stuff.
