Did you know that every time Putin is scheduled to smile the Russian secret service slaughter 100 kittens at that exact moment? If they don't or he does not receive radio confirmation that it has been done, he can do nothing but frown. I wont go into detail about what it takes for him to achieve an erection but lets just say its the cause of a lot of natural disasters. TrueFax is true, sometimes...

In Russia everything is scheduled and closely controlled, so much so you also only get 2 'wank' tokens a week and any unauthorised diddles are punishable by death, any more than the standard soviet 2 shakes in the bathroom and you lose a token or a bollock. The Russian speed heads are always trading bollocks with the authorities, not the best place to be a wanker I guess.

Went to my recovery meeting n had a cry over Knock. The members were really understanding which I didn't expect - I thought they'd say "why you crying over someone you've never met?" But they didn't n one bloke gave me a hug.
Then I mentioned how a load of other stuff were coming back like when I tried to quit codeine n it all felt final.
Anyway I don 't think my family would understand all this - they don 't usually do emotions so was glad to let it out.
And also burst into tears volunteering yesterday too which was humiliating.

It just goes to show how kind n thoughtful people can be n not judgemental as I thought.

If the CAB isn't here tomorrow I'll go to counselling n work through why change n loss affect me so much n why I get attached/addicted to things easily.

Used to be good when we were unemployed just out of school getting stoned and watching it tho. Can't do the maths worth shit, don't even bother. Lmao, yeah I do have that evil thing going on and also thank you for the Hitler porn. I had not seen that particular image before. Yes I have seen more Hitler porn than I'd like in my time. Which is, essentially, any number above 0. Most of them feature him being pregnant and one I actually did a spit-take when I saw Anne Frank was the 'father'.

I fucking love Putin, by far my favourite politician, he doesn't give a shit and so far at the geopolitical level he's played Obama like a man against a child. True Russia might be corrupt, but find me a country that isn't. He was right in giving that twat Saakashvili a good kicking a few years back and I hope Russia re-annexes the ethnic Russian areas of Ukraine, even if by force.

Also a lot of people complain about freedom of the press in Russsia, well in the US, all of the mainstream media is owned by ony six corporations, it's just that the Russians are a bit more blunt in silencing dissent than the yanks are.

Anyway, just came back from my appointment with my self-improvement coach, a great lad, British lad living it large here in a ,mansion in the countryside, he's coached CEOs from Fortune 500 firms, he knows his stuff, next time I go to job interview I won't even have to self-medicate. He's coaching me on how to better interact with others and sell myself.

Loved today's session.

Just had another two diclazepams and a couple of glasses of wine. Now I have to do the dishes.

I watched that documentary about Osama Bin Laden: Shoot To Kill the other week. My respect for Obama went up even more after that, his advisors were telling him there was only a 30-60% chance they could be certain that Bin Laden was in this compound they were planning a raid on in Pakistan. It could have triggered a state of war with Pakistan, if Bin Laden wasnt there. Obamas advisors were split 50/50 on their advice, and it was down to Obama to make the call to ahead with the mission, knowing the stakes were very high. It was an excellent documentary, I'd recommend it to any one.

Change and loss affects everyone Eve. Some people find change easier to deal with than others. I hated change at work, it would take months and months to learn about certain things and become a sort of expert on them, and then they would scrap that thing and introduce something new, which meant i had to work hard to learn something new all over again. I guess i dislike change partly due to lazyness. Its like driving a car, it becomes automatic and instinctive once you've learnt how to do it, and i liked work where things became piss easy and could be done on automatic pilot, once i gained the know how, it feels good to have usefull knowledge and to feel competent that you know what you are doing.

I like a little bit of controlled change in my life every now and then, otherwise things would become unbearably dull, but i dont like big upheavals in my private life or my work life. My last workplace changed the system they were using to support their customers, so i went from being an expert having been there for so long i really knew my stuff, and then they introduced this new system that took me straight back to novice level, which i hated not having a fucking clue about anything all over again. That was one of the several reasons why i resigned from my job, as i just couldnt be arsed to learn about this new system, having spent the previous 7 years mastering the old one.

I dont really feel qualified to talk about Loss. Everone who knew Knock has been shocked, stunned, and saddened by this as he was such a great guy. You seem to be a very emotional person to me Eve, there's nothing wrong with that.
