i gave up my modafinil habit (its a stimulant) by forgetting to take it one day. I realised that i felt fine without it and that i didnt need it, but before that i was convinced that i needed it. Im not saying the same applies to bupe and your benzo, that is totally different. But yeah Im sure you could skip a whole days dose and not notice if you are on 12mg. Are you taking them for pain if you dont mind me asking ? Or is it an opiate replacement script ? Do you take 1 and a half 8 mg pills ? 8mg is the highest dose pill AFAIK ?

I've not really been tempted by these new drugs too much, much prefer what I've grown up with.
Annoying thing is I could go next door and get heroin but that's the one drug I can no longer do.
Would be happy with something to smoke I think as it's been a long time.

Having similar quandary meself, Dan. Bit late for bed now.Just had a laaaaarvely bath that should hopefully perk me up a bit though. Must've used half a dozen assorted cleansing agents. All of 'em sweeter scented than each other. I could eat myself. And y'all would pay to lick me. I probably count as at least three of yer 5 A Day anyway.

First time out on bupe I could skip two, three - even four at a push - days before I really started to feel properly rattly. Once it's built up in your system you shouldn't have any real problems in that way. Lasts forever does bupe.
 
When i lived in a bedsit for a while, im sure the guy who stayed in the next room was a crackhead, i was in a clean phase of my life at that time, otherwise i might have got mixed up in that scene. Im glad i didnt i dont think id still be here if i did. The police smashed his door down on one occassion i dunno what that was all about. He used to have prostitutes waiting outside his door for him, and scary looking rasta geezers who would raid the 50p for a bath gas meter every time they visited him.

Bin it, man.

For some reason I took 2mg clonazepam after breakfast so I'm in a floaty but productive state. Have no memory of buying vegetable soup and eating it, but it appears I did just that.

Also acquired a can of something called 'Power Horse'. I must stop smoking weed.

Yeah baths are golden for perking up. how long you been awake? ive gotta stop layering benzos and stims, although i dont often do it but my self control slips sometimes, it aint too clever but its nice. 2 bombs of 4-FA and vodka last night at house party, then took etiz when it was wearing off, then got home and thought fuck it and did another bomb of it at 9ish, not too clever. took a vallie n prazolam not too long ago, makes me tempted to get the 4-fa again out for a lil cheeky dabble. 2 days in a row aint bad anyway. only downfall with this 4-fa is benzos dont seem to put much of a dent in it sometimes
