Hang on PIP? Are they migrating people from DLA to PIP now????? More shit to stress over. I was told I'd have that for life until this b**** government took over n people start taking the piss (like someone I knew on IB. I was gutted because I struggled with a job n had the sack n I really wanted to work she turned around n says "stay on IB n don't work I'm never bothering work when I get benefits for free).

Sorry for the whinge but I get right stressed out over benefits n lost all confident in my ability of doing a job. And it pisses me off when people CAN work with no problems yet they choose to stay on benefits out of pure fkn laziness n the rest of us who are bloody genuine have to suffer with all these changes, form filling n worrying e're not going to have money to feed our kids.

One reason I REFUSE to watch the news. I get stressed then end up blocking it out n obsessing over shit.

Mind you last time I was in the CAB with them filling the forms my mind went blank n all I could think was "I need to get codeine now." Got out, got a taxi n bought 32 nurofin plus n downed the lot to forget.

I know I'm a wimp but it 's one subject matter I can't handle talking about n stress over big time.

In what context do you do mean this, please? Is it a response to a post on here or a geniune statement? If it is a general statement then I agree that in certain situations careless words cost lives yea.

yer if your in there enough its not hard to believe the constant calling people it like a way of advertising say so and so is one enough times and people seem to click on that something about said person is a bit off .

all hear say for now but with the way things are at the minute it would not surprise me
 
is everyone talking about that place that sounded like an item of confectionary from the 1980s ? (surely thats vague enough not to be snipped ?)

when i first found the place it was about 75 % scammers. And it took a lot of digging to find the real deal. The people that were setting themselves up as 'guardians' were in on the scams themselves, the place was corrupt from top to bottom. Within a few months it was nothing but scammers. Presumably all the real sellers had been arrested or wised up and moved elsewhere.

Youve had problems with the postie missing your mail out before Kenny, no? ... If I were you I'd be waiting where he goes past you to the neighbours in the morning around the time he's normally delivering, just to make sure he sees you and can't avoid you. Especially when it's something you're really really relying on

I was gonna mention that to yer last time you had a problem with him .. but didnt cos it mightve been a one off.

I know it's no use me saying it now. I feel for yer tho, big time, I hate missing the mail when I'm waiting for something

My sis used to sell quite a bit of stuff on ebay, and half the small sellers wont send anything to Italy because of too many missing parcels and shit going wrong. It seems to be notorious for being a pile of wank.
 
Kenny i would recommend going to the delivery/sorting office to register a complaint if such a thing is happening often. A few months ago i turned up to complain and there was about 20 other people all complaining about the same thing. Fortunately there was no thieving postie, just a load of things had been "misplaced" and it took a load of people turning up to complain for the issue to be resolved. The longer it goes unreported the longer the problem might continue. Most posties are extremely proud of their reputation for reliabilty and want to keep their customers happy, i dont think most of them care whether they are delivering grey area substances or not.

Did you see him kick off in that speed thread (of deano88's possibly, cant remember), when he totally misinterpreted a post of mine as an accusation of him selling here?

I wish really I could take the credit for his reaction but there really was no inference whatsoever. A guilty conscience made him go off on a defensive rant. Was satisfying to watch nontheless.

Devastating news about this shut down tho, involuntary redundancy is a bitch.

Fortunately most of them were extremely transparent and obvious and easy to spot. A couple of them were a bit more sohisticated and went to a whole lot more effort to make themselves appear 'legit'. I got burned by a couple of those cleverer scammers and havent used the place since.

I'm going tomorrow, anger has been building inside me since lunchtime. I already made scenes in that post office, tomorrow they'll call security.

Yes that was pretty funny :D - he completely went off on one for no reason at all. Was worse than my misunderstanding in the Gay / bible talk the other week.

Im not sure how serious you are being, but it's sometimes best to be pleasant, in general people want to help pleasant people, but are less inclined to want to help someone who's given them a hard time, i know that myself having worked in customer service roles, any 'nasty customer' would go to the bottom of my list and fucking stay there as long as possible, but the nice ones would go straight to the top.

But sometimes you do have to get serious to get what you want, my first employer tried to rip me off by not paying my wages, it took my Dad threatening to go down to their posh HQ and start yelling at the top of his voice about the situiation for them to cough up.
