Gibberings CLV: Empathy is a Two Way Street

Have a good one yersen! My goods from the postie have most definitely arrived, amazing how quickly these things can kill a hangover. Miracle cure. Just wish I had bought a shitload more peanut butter cups when I went out yesterday. Plan was to go back to bed but now I feel ok I'm just going to doss on the DS and read 'Pawnee: The Greatest Town in America' which you all should read if you've watched Parks & Rec. I think I have one day left of this before I have to pretty much go live in the uni library to get my work done. I was going to do it today but now I don't care. I've written five essays in a week before, I can do three and a half.

edit: and getting dinner cooked for me and brought round tonight, yay. I really cannot overstate how much I appreciate the current love of my life.

just got my goodies vaped a lovely hit of Diphenidine so all tingly and fussy edged at the minute going in to slow motion mode :)

2 g of that a gram of eph and 10 Diclazepam (1 mg) for later .

appointment with drug counselor at 3 pm so going to try hard not to powder my nose to much before i go to that .

train tickets landed for answering bail next week .

now just waiting on yodel to deliver my cats Felix Pouch Mixed Selection '44 x 100 g Pouches'

was hoping my new hoodies would be here today but never mind at least my nice white hooded sweat shirts clean damn thing hardly worn it because every time i do i have it on for 5 minutes and end up with some damn stain on it

I must admit i didnt know what the proper defintion of a sliding scale was, i was just thinking of a line, like a scoreboard going from 0 to 100, and the measurments being somewhere along that line, or 'sliding scale' as i called it, probably incorrecttly. I meant sliding scale as the score slides aslong the scale, but i wasnt thinking about how this could change over time, infact from day to day, hour to hour, nimute to minute.

Yes that's exactly what I had in mind when I read "sliding scale" but then I realised this was one of my deliberate mistakes so I looked it up :)
 
i just got sent an email from a recruitment company, saying we have found a job that may be suitable for you, i read it as proffessor, and i thought, erm i think you are mistaking me for someone else. I clicked on it anyway, and the job was processor. :\

I had misread the email. 8)

At risk of upsetting The Boss again, wtf is up with the server at 11.40 am this morning ?

I wasn’t being quite so pedantic as our illustrious leader when I used the term scale ( not sure I mentioned sliding but can't be arsed to check)

What I had in mind was more of a disc / colour wheel grading from white to black, but more in terms of a mobius loop than a disc :D
 
Looking at that picture on MXE might be extremely mind boggling Knock. Just looking at plain text is bad enough for me as the words appear to be coming out of the screen at me, arranged in 3dimensional perspective. The top lines are further away and the bottom lines are much nearer.
 
A möbius strip's defining characteristic is that it is "a surface with only one side and one boundary component" . Here's a more (or less) MXE-friendly picture:

It's as real as this chocolate teapot:

which is surprisingly quite real, but the möbius strip is apparently considerably more useful; the chocolate teapot was useful for one pot of tea, whereas the möbius strip has various long-lasting uses such as a conveyor belt, a magnetic tape for recording, in the field of superconductors and in molecular design. I fear any molecules with möbius strips in their structure would be too large to feature in a dissociative RC, sadly.
 
well still no etiz today. I ordered from the biggest RC vendor in the UK, never had any problems before.
 
Just been lost in a daydream about primary school for some reason, i allways thought the headmaster was a hard nut but he must have had a sense of humour, he once left the room asking "what is the opposite of descend?"

One clever cloggs in the class knew, and when he returned we all shouted "arse end" at him, it was fucking hilarious. I wonder if he did that one on all of his classes.

I know he told each and every class at the end of every year "you lot, are the best, most talented, bunch of pupils ive ever had the pleasure of teaching."
