There's definitely a sharp contrast in bird life between the inner city and this part of town though. Having spent a lot of time in Openshaw, Clayton etc. the smallest bits of greenery make a massive difference.

Never surrender mate. I thought I'd lost a fortune but I held out and they came back up I've actually made a bit extra off them now. I'm gonna start buying some everytime they go low as fuck from now on ie under 300£ a coin cos I'm convinced sometime next year they will reach a grand a coin the way things are going. If you had 1 coin now and left it for 1 year it would still double in value way things are going imo.

Usually if I'm just trying to buy something I do it fast as possible and always over estimate how much I'll need.

And this is at least the second or third time the price has gone thru roof after everybody had written 'em off as being worthless. I said ages ago in the BC thread that I still thought there was money to be made on 'em when they had that lil bubble around the £150 mark. Bloody knew they'd go up again and said I'd invest if I had the means. Ah well. Not lost anything as I said. But am gonna hafta pester Knock or similarly technically proficient person if the exchange rate holds at all. It's only one of the blighters but a surprisingly valuable blighter it is at the moment so it is. Will see how it is tomorrow.
 
I had a quick nosy but most of the sites like localbitcoins seem more geared towards regular sellers, not one-offs, and probably involves a lot of faff around confirming IDs and setting up accounts etc.
 
^ Also true. And that would definitely be a potential plan. But does little other than return me to my initial problem which was not having a clue how to work BCs or "those" websites :!

Yup. This was exactly what I recall from when MDB tried to cash in his BCs a while back. Massive faff. Several people did chime in to say he did it the most difficult way, mind. I should just check for myself, I know. However, I also know I won't make head nor tail of it 8)
 
Hmmm, I do agree that it would probably be easier to buy than sell.. having said that, I don't think I'd trust any of those sites at the moment.
 
Yeah. I was only just borderline on using SR but it went kaputt before I'd gotten around to even working out how to install and use TOR properly let alone find the site, learn how it works and learn how to convert pretend money into actual drugs. Given it's a windfall I suppose it wouldn't kill me to get scammed on one of the less well-established sites but I could live without the associated 5 o'clock knock if it does go tits up. Had more than enough of those thankyou very much ;)

Cashmoney would be a massive boon. Especially given as I am missing out on such luxuries in life as stuff like toilet paper for the next week or so. Not that this could help with that but cashflow in general is somewhat less than flowing. Plus, it's me b'day soon and not celebrated a b'day in years. Then again, I won't be celebrating this one short of a miracle even if I had the cash really. I can sit on me own getting fukked any day of the year so it doesn't really count as a b'day treat.

I should probably stop with the BC ponderings now cos will only annoy me. Will have the staff look into it for me as and when ;)
 
Paying £1.30 for a Bitcoin on Mtgox many moons ago, I actually think now even if it starts to drop people will just invest raising it again,., it just needs to stabilize for tjhe drug buyers.

Makes it even worse the FBI stole like potentially £140 off me and will most likely sell them then use it against mme :(
