We must also consider that Saudi Arabia is the biggest market for the UK arms industry. They execute people for witchcraft and sorcery.

Some of the kickbacks and bribes BAE systems got for flogging the Saudis arms a few years back takes the absolute piss....

Saudis Arabia and the Pakastani ISI are basically ISIS and the Taliban with the cloak of respectability thinly draped around them....
 
Billions of arms sales went to Libya after we dropped the embargo against Gaddafi (remember Blair in his tent?) Five or six years later we actively encouraged the deposing and killing of Gaddafi. All those arms ended up with people who aren't exactly on our side, be they ISIS or Hezbollah or whoever. #handy (#armsy?)

Remember that quite from Gadaffi at the time that if we abandon him again "We (Libya) will return to strapping bombs to our beds"....

Don't know if that was a bad translation, a misquote or if he meant it literally.....

Either way things ended pretty badly for the colonel.....

We attempted to indict General Pinochet, fascist dictator of Chile, at the turn of the century. He got off by pleading ill health then promptly leapt out of his wheelchair when he landed back in Santiago.

FOLLOWING THIS BAE continued to pay kickbacks to Pinochet. £1million in one year alone.

I don't know if it was true but I remember reading a while back that the CIA and Pentagon couldn't decide which rebel groups to fund in Syria, so they each funded a different one who ended up fighting each other.

In reality, whether directly or indirectly, they're funding all of the rebel groups.

Well I'm off to the doctors to try to get something sorted with this bastard fentanyl patch taper which is cometely not working.

I'm gonna ask to be switched to long acting morphine or something to taper from instead. Seeing this Polish doctor who I've seen before and seems a reasonable sort of person....
