Anyway, one would be better generating a tractor beam, or a sketch pad, to draw people in.

Just popping in to send a couple of friends here my real life contact details.
I have read a few things which i fèel need addressing to set the record straight.
1. My drug use has always been in my own time and i have always planned it around my job, which i take increadibly seriously . I got in it over easter..reasonably but nothing over the top. A couple of pills two nights in a row..than a few lines of coke and beers and wine the following day. I did this knowing i had nothing but end of month paperwork, NDIS reports and assessments to do. Its basicslly all i have on my plate this week. I have never presented to work intoxicated nor havevi ever been with a client, coming down, intoxicated or hungover. The patients always come first.

Anyway i wanted to make that crystal clear.

Evey was quite in her rights to post what she did but she did not have all the facts. Thats ok. No offence was taken.

I just wanted to make it clear that i would never compromise the safety or treatment of a client.

Anyway take care guys. Its time i concentrated more on real life and seize it by the balls and run with it. This could well be my last post. Its time to concentrate on whats important in the real world. A few of you will get my email and possibly facebook link. I would appreciate you keep this to yourself and do not share this with anyone else on this site. Anyway enough of my drivel. Time to eat some valium, have a couple of glasses of wine snd hit the sack.

Oh and FUBAR...there are 3 rotting octopuses hidden in your house. Their presence will become apparent over the next few days. Oh abd i will miss our banter...one day i'd love to share a few pints..and some quality other goods with ya. Your a good man who understands what taking the piss is all about.

Ps hope sprout is safe. He is an asset to the site.

This is likely the last goodbye but it is a drug pigs prerogative to change their minds. Whatever...i need a solid break fton bluelight.

Take care mate you've been a ray of light on here the last few months. I'm not the biggest poster but you've always been around for a sensible chat as and when.
 
I hope you decide to come back, Consumer. . I'll miss you and FUBAR's imaginative adventures.

I truly doubt anyone thought you would endanger your patients or were less than totally committed to their well-being.

aww mate. You are one of my favourite posters here. Come back when you have the time. This time of year things are getting busy for me aswell and I had a short window of time to enjoy myself for a few weeks recently but I know where you are coming from.

So I goy out my old biology books last night to read, to see what would be valid for this Depression Support thread n I've got to admit I almost failed that module. I was doing this whilst heavily pregnant then gave birth, moving house, dealing with some stuff etc. But I've never been good with this neurotransmitter n brain stuff, it always confuses me. But last night I was trying to word out serotonin n explain how it communicate, practically zombies out, mind you; n it suddenly hit me like a sledge-hammer. What I felt confusing for so many years suddenly became clear to mr. I thought "Evey you absolute dense twat! You've just realised that receptors are proteins n that serotonin are 5-HT. It only took you ten years to work that out!"

As I said I practically failed the module n I've had so many times where we had to understand neutrons, neurotransmitters, motor-neurons etc etc but I kmow that's a simple things bug I'm so pleased as I really do want yo help others.

Any currently sorting the CD collection into alphabetical order which seriously foing.

@ consumer , don't ever let anyone allow you to question your dedication to your profession , especially someone who would rather focus on someone else than address their own mess.
Your more than in titled to have a blow out in your time off before starting your new job , the fact it's even been made a issue is a insult to your intelligence.
Please don't be a stranger you've helped make EADD a bit more special than it already is. Take care brother.
 
Fuckin hell, my 11 year old son has just announced him and his mate tried glue sniffing at school today. He said his eyes were rolling and his head went funny. Apparently they shared a Pritt stick! I just managed to keep it together until he was out of earshot, then fuckin pissed myself laughing =D

It's good that he admitted it and he's even handed over the Pritt stick. (Gonna wait for the wife to go to bed, then I'm bang onto that Pritt...)
 
It's great that your kids can be so open and honest with you. I could kind of talk to my Dad about such things as a teen and in my 20s. But i found the sheer hypocracy and double standards displayed by the parents of my school friends and other friends of my parents (and family on my mothers side) in the small village community i grew up in quite astounding to this day. 8(

It was fine for them to talk about the drugs they had done in their youth but when myself and friends and associates took this as a cue to open up, the shit then really hit the fan. Over reacting x 100 by most so called adults and a deranged paranoid one-track minded headmaster that thought I was somehow part of some fairly major drugs operation in the area and at school was all completely counter-productive and extremely unhelpful looking back now. :!

If I'd have not have had a 'bohemian' hairstyle in those days no one would have suspected anything. But it proved such a hit with the opposite sex at that time that it was worth all the totally unnecessary hassle and grief from school, parents, police stop and searches etc (they never found anything). :o
