Where is everyone? Im having a cadbury's hot chocolate n then bed! Exercise day two 2moro n alarm on for 4:50 am. Am giving up alcohol n junk food to get this fat off!!!!!

I've got 4 weeks to get some off at least n get back in some dresses I bought NOT looking fwd to this but I will do it :) Especially as food is emotional comfort but it will be worth it. This whey is good shit n helps starve off serious munchies which happens when metabolism increases. And it WILL increase

- proper 8 hour sleep pattern
- Exercise
- green tea, green tea, green tea
- vitamin B6, B12, D
- short, regular meals of 40c/40p/20gf
- water, water, water.

Night people <3 I am going to kick my fat lardass into a fkn rock!!!!

I've already treated myself as it was payday yesterday - but I think I might treat myself some more. Even the wife and kids might get a couple of quid...
