That is true, seeing some of the human garbage that go in and out of the doors is as off putting as anything you are likely to see. I think with the naivety you also have a point but reading earlier comments we may be assisting perhaps not the sharpest tool in the box.

I have visited both but not indulged in the services on offer, from that point of view I think RLD is less noxious. I believe there are regular health checks enforced and as it is more regulated I imagine forced prostitution is not as rife.

Men like that they can be honest to escorts about the state of their business affairs (men often tell rose tinted lies to their wives about their professional life). Men visit escorts to voluntarily relinquish all the control they yield in the professional and private lives.

It's a win-win situation for everyone, the escort gets paid. The man gets laid.

My first point was to engage in the usual approach of going for a few drinks and being social, your friends project sounds fun! Many people swear it's a numbers game and if you have the bottle for all the negative responses you will certainly get some people who take you up on the offer.
