not really much of a study though if the people buying it are not being monitored/tested etc... the only reports you would get is if someone OD'd and went to a hospital and then also disclosed the fact that they took a particular synth and provided someone with a sample of it...it's all done for a quick profit... probably without much care at all for what the effects on people are
yeah i think im missing the testkit link point also. the THC & Synth section only has a test kit for THC which obviously is not present in the synths as these contain compounds that attempt to mimic the effects of THC. seems to me it would be pointless to use one of these consumer test kits on synth..

And nor will the Emergency Department staff...
I don't recommend anyone take synthetic cannabinoids, but if you do, it's much better to work with the pure substance if you have the right tools (scales etc) and have researched enough and have some idea what you're doing.
So many of the overdoses reported seem to be from people having big/many tokes of a blend mix as if it is weed (say, in a joint).
With the less ridiculously potent 'noids, vaping pure powder is pretty straightforward.
Wouldn't try it with the sub-milligram dose compounds though.

It seems you are angry with what i said, There is no point other than to show you if you didn't already know that there are reagent kits available for rc's and there are many other reagents you cannot get from eztest as well. I'm no chemist but theoretically you could say that there would be a reagent for everything. I mean theres something to neutralize everything isn't there? or is there ?

The goverments and security agencies and research centers or organizations would most likely test your biometrics at distance or the equivilent testing measure to analyze your system without going as far as hooking you up to an analog machine.
Id actually let them analyze me straight up, they already know everything about us but yeah i wouldn't say no if they were interested all in the name of research.
Yeah i understand that reagent from eztest may not cover them all obviously as there is an ever so upcomming market for new cannabanoids all the time but it does test for cannabanoids

I'm guessing the late night sex shop sells the shit ... And they close around midnight.
I was talking to the person selling the stuff at the sex shop and she mentioned these blends make up around 80% of their sales. Because no one buys porn anymore and if you want dildos or whatever people tend to order them anonymously over the internet. When these blends do get a blanket ban most sex shops are going to go right out of business.
She mentioned some addicts are coming in twice daily to buy the stuff ... 3 gram packets at a time!
Their will be some kind of blanket ban. I just came back from NZ and they are completely banned after all the horrible stories that surfaced and I noticed all the blends are going for half price atm at my local.

Last year my Husband assisted with their expansion and wow, there are so many legal highs.....trying to remember..... SASHsquash!!!! They called the feinds SASHsquashes. They paid $20/gram and up for some sort of herb that was RIDICULOUS, if you smoke refer.

Yeah spot on, theres actually a few sex shops in the area that sell em... Most open very late ~midnight...
ive done some calculations and i reckon ive spent close to a couple of grand on this shit over the course of a 6 months or so. At one stage i was buying 3g every couple of days..
I can definitely see that its their bread and butter.... They are more or less your local neighbourhood drug dealer nowadays with the amount of legal highs they sell... Reckon they are pulling heaps of $$ from it, ive seen at least a dozen or so other "regulars"
when the first ban came into effect not so long ago and most strong stuff disappeared, some of the stores still sold it "under the counter" to regulars, just shows how much the bans work... I wouldn't be surprised if another ban came soon but they continued to sell it covertly... Its hard enough to get the real stuff with it being illegal and all so of course some people would choose the "legal" alternative... Cant blame them, but its bloody horrid stuff and no one should be using it!

In my old home town the synthetics are easy to get and really potent, but can be expensive at 30 a gram. I have mates addicted to the stuff and to see what's happening to them and their families is really devastating. The reason they smoke the synthetics instead of weed is due to drug testing at work, and no matter how many episodes they go through thinking they will die due to the blend being stronger than normal and it has hit them really hard, or being so out of it they make no sense at all they justify it with " it's legal it can't be that bad if they can sell it in a shop".
I have tried some of these blends and they have hit me harder than acid has before, and that's saying something about the potency of some of the blends. The most I have had in 1 night was 2 extremely small cones over 2 hours and I felt like I was floating for a few mins then It would turn and then feel like I was being sucked down into the ground and had a feeling of impending doom, this continued for 45 mins before I started to feel normal again. I have tried many drugs before and have done so for many years now, and I have never experienced anything as scary as synthetic weed. Also I'm not small, 6'3 and 150 kg and it hit me that hard I will never try it again and urge others not too.
Giving up this stuff seems alot harder than pot, and the only help you can get seems to be forums like this where people can share their experiences and learn a thing or two about what they have been doing to their body and mental health from the affects of synthetics.
To the op hope your doing well man and stay positive about getting through it. You might not feel better for it yet but soon you will.

hi, thanks for your reply, yeah its nasty nasty stuff, im going to stay the hell away from it from now on.. going to stick to natural stuff if anything
today is day 4 of my synth quitting journey and im feeling much better than a few days ago. the sweating at night has reduced noticeably, barely any which is really good. still waking up quite wrecked but the exhausted feeling wears off usually after breakfast. hardest times are in the evening (this would be the time i usually would smoke up), the cravings hit and i get that 'bloody hell im bored' feeling. but i dont really want to use other stuff whilst im getting off the synth, i wanna get clean and have a decent t-break before delving back into mind-altering substances
hopefully by xmas im good to go :D, gonna try and get some lucy for the holidays

so... still going strong... I did have some drinks last night and a couple tonight but it was just a few cider's to relax. no cravings and no desire to use synth again! yay :D i think i've made it past the hardest stage of quitting this crap. let's hope i can stay strong come holidays...

thanks! it's been a week now and still havent relapsed :D. i have decided to go to a doc today because ive had high blood pressure for a while (not related to synth use, but im sure they didnt help)... turns out my pressure was 200/100 which is very high so ive been prescribed some hypertension meds. i did discuss my synth use with the doctor and also asked if i could have a chest x-ray (Done today) and get my kidneys checked. will be getting some bloodwork done tomorrow and an ecg. will be seeing the doc in a week to discuss results. fingers crossed all is good.
I wouldn't hit that shit and I smoke weed everyday , just little story about syth weed or cronic anyways this kid I know had a hit of a joint with two other guys...all or a sudden this guy felt like he needed water bad he couldn't find any anywhere he end up running down the road looking for some ... The kid end up finding a tap started drinking out it he was drink drinking so like when a animal has been poisoned they go for water anyway he end up having a anaflactic attack and his jaw locked on to the tap and he drowned ..... What the fuck true fucking story don't touch that shiz peeps

Maybe for some, for other hermit types like me who prefer to stay at home most nights and not really socialise (apart from via the web) drugs help combat the feelings of mundane life.
