Gemstones/Crystals Magical properties

Never believed in crystal healing myself. But my mom has recently gotte pretty into it, after I had her experience psychedelia and MXE. She swears that she feels it. And I trust her and believe that, because my mom doesn't lie to me anymore.

It's about belief I think. If you believe and focus your attention and intent, you can get results from nearly anything. Sort of like suggestability and placebo. This doesn't impact the efficacy of gems at all though. Just means it wont work empirically.

Not entirely. The Secret Life of Plants talks about this. An open mind is required, but once that requisite is met it can (and has) been proved in numerous studies.

So, who can tell me the properties of Tiger's Eye? (:

My ma gave me a necklace made from it and said it would help me.

If you don't have anything to contribute, why are you even here?
I've never put anyone on my ignore list, but you really push it i against i. You never contribute anything but troll.

I know very well that it is, actually -- hence the fact that the statement was ironic; and hence the fact that I made a joke about the irony! Thanks for your ignorant response, though!

I've been collecting various gemstones since I got interested in the occult when I was 9 or 10, some of the beliefs stuck with me from childhood but I find it to be akin to horoscope readings. Sometimes they're useful when rationalizing phenomena, but hardly empirical if you're looking at it from a scientific point of view. I also like to just collect the various colours and patterns that appeal to me. That itself grounds me. :)

I have stones that I sleep with occasionally, I notice that they help me to analyze some of the things in my subconscious. I've also had down right terrifying dreams that felt very negative, very low energy. One of these dreams I was crying while cleaning my kitchen and I had a mirror over the sink, the reflection staring back at me was not my own... It kind of resembled me, but was grossly distorted and evil looking. It was laughing at my pain and pointing at me. It had black eyes and was filthy. To me, this reflection I seen I interpreted as my inner demon and it laughing at me was when I was desperately trying to quit meth. Similar dreams it has chased me, but it is invisible and very fast. Demonic like things happen such as things flying across the room pictures and furniture violently shaking. I noticed that in the dreams if I said the Lord's Prayer, the chaos would lessen in intensity, if not stop altogether. It really became scary when i would try to recite the prayer and could not remember it or couldn't vocalize it, leaving me trapped with the entity. Yes, very scary dreams.. but they help me to analyze my inner workings.

I have direct experience with the following stones strongly enhancing psychedelic experiences, through my own experiments:

Moldavite, herkimer quartz, apophyllite, rhodochrosite, rhondite, sugilite, clear fluorite, charoite, and some others I'm forgetting. Some people might find these too heady but I'm rather a fan of getting even more Crown while tripping.

Some people are sensitive to stones and others aren't. Usually people with latent psychic ability will be at least dimly aware of it. If you take a high dose psychedelic like LSD I don't know how you couldn't be

The above results are also corroborated by many people I've tripped with, some who formerly thought stones were bullshit.

Don't read their proscribed meanings, those are also usually BS. Each individual stone is unique even if they all share the same chemical composition.
