Actually I am allright. that one was a realistic landscape with colourful lighting and its just very well done. Can do that sober as well but with more concentration and less fun while doing it.
Anyway , back on topic.
 
Well, I just tried some of the BASF branded GBL. 1.25mls seems to have put me where 1.5-1.75mls of Chinese GBL would have, so that's a plus, but for me the biggest thing is the better taste and smell.
The chinese stuff is revolting, but this has a much weaker taste, and the lower dose means it's weaker too. Highly worthwhile investment IMO, thanks shambles. Also, thanks for the post about transit kings a few months ago. I really like them and didn't really even know about the genre before your suggestion!

Transit Kings at their finest - add ket for uberwin - check out the rest of the KLF/Orb oeuvre for a wealth of musical godliness. Between them they cover many a genre. And created a few along the way too <3

Last batch of geebee I had ended up as "Chinese" again for funding reasons. Was significantly better than that last one though. Not quite up there with the best (supposedly BASF but who knows for sure?) stuff but not far off. Standard doses went back down to 2ml or so (down from around double that with the previous "Chinese" batch) and with (almost) all the euphoria it should have.

To be honest, I'm not even sure half the vendors listing both actually stock two distinct products at all. Variability seems to be pretty huge from order to order. Other than the taste maybe - "Chinese" does appear to be uniformly vile tasting even when effective :\
 
Oh god, i assumed, that with time, i have learned to not hate the taste, but was proven wrong few days ago.

Without my knowing, i had received BASF gbl for few years, and now when the shop took a break for a month i got some chinese gbl. The first thing i noticed, was the smell - it was lot stronger than BASF stuff.

Mouthful on water and from pipette to mouth = almost puked. The taste is so strong and foul. It has the exact same potency and euphoria, but god damn, the taste is almost too much to handle. (okay, maybe not that bad, but far worse than BASF stuff)
 
BASF is the way to go and when folk pass on stuff that's not BASF and that's what's been paid for it really irritates me. For the price you're expecting a quality product. Chinese just doesn't cut it IMO. It's actually gotten worse again, that's only my opinion.


BASF is clean, smooth and you KNOW ( usually ) what you're doing with it and know your sweet spot. With the chinese it varies far too much from batch to batch. Thankfully, I've only had to go through that a couple of times.


Sadly I can't comment on GB lately. It's been a while to say the least.....
 
I'm proper dissapointed with my reaction to this stuff, I've even converetd to GHB but it just makes me puke, at keast feel like I'm going to at anything approaching an active dose.

Ahh well Milage May Vary and all that...
 
To be honest I can't even find a vendor recently selling the BASF.

The usual one times out and the others corectly don't claim BASF...
 
On one certain vendor site, a listed use of GBL is "clean your rim"
I thought this needed to be shared.....

lol, that temporary amnesia you get when you wakeup is so stupid.
I took just slightly too high a dose of 2.5ml at 17:15 (my stomach was emptier than I realised). 10 minutes later I felt really sleepy so I laid down to take a nap. An hour later I woke up, saw the time and thought
"shit, have I been in bed all day? SHIT! Best change clothes so my parents think Ive been up all this time"

Then I realised that actually, I didnt stay up all night, I just took a nap a few hours ago. It wasn't until a couple more minutes later that I came to the full realisation that what actually happened was I had only been asleep for an hour and that was due to the GBL.
 
I took 3-4ml in the early hours once to help me get back to sleep and when I woke up I couldn't remember where I worked. I just got up and got showered and hoped the memory would come back to me before it was too late and it did.
 
Me and mrsjup have been given some GBL tonight.....

We were told to have 1.5ml each from a mate who takes it quite a bit, is this a bit too much?


The plan is basically to have some good sex on it :-) What kind of dose should we start at? Not taking owt else apart from weed all day and both got empty stomachs.......

1.5ml is too much for some, 1ml would be a better starting point and don't redose for at least 2 hours.
 
If it is your first time, start with 0.5mls as an "allergy test".
This is more important than with other drugs as IME it is not uncommon for people to lack the lactonase enzyme, causing them to have a horrible time on even a very small dose.
If you feel nothing/good with the 0.5mls then you're good to go.

(If not, try 0.5 again and chances are your body will have stepped up lactonase production and you'll be fine.)
 
Everything I've read says that if your enzymes aren't efficient enough on the first time, it simply won't convert to GHB in the blood, and therefore won't produce a high.
 
I've read the same, but I have seen two cases where the subject had a horrible time, headache, semi-consciousness, a generally unpleasant experience. The first would not try it again, and the second is able to enjoy it as normal now.
 
Finally stopped getting abscene seizures from G, if you ever get brainzaps take a benzo as thats a treshold seizure take, same thing with the snapping in and out of it and shit, those are abscense seizures.

Took a week course of valium and now the problem is fixed.
