I'd start with 1.25 or 1.5, that's what I did. I wouldn't mess about with that much water either. Just put 1.25 or 1.5 - if you're feeling confident - in a glass, pour in some undiluted juice, about a quarter of the glass, and neck it holding your breath. Then follow up with a glass of water to get rid of the taste. Sit back.. and enjoy![]()
