My understanding is you cannot fit an oral dose of speed on a blotter and this mixtures hasn't been seen since the giant LSD pill days of the 60's and early 70's. That is actually the reason blotters took over is you can't add speed to them. Since I haven't seen test results showing this mix since the DEA ones in the 70s I am going to have call an early BS.
Gardaí seize ‘Captain America’ LSD after students warned of drug cocktail
The drugs are in paper-based form and were found in a house in Blackrock in Dublin

GARDAÍ IN SOUTH Dublin have seized a small quantity of drugs believed to be a mixture of LSD and methamphetamine after a warning was issued to students about such drugs yesterday.
The drugs are in paper-based form and have an illustration of the Captain America superhero on them.
They were found during the course of a search by gardaí of a house on Obelisk Walk in Blackrock this morning.
Further analysis is to be carried out on the find and no arrests have yet been made.
The seizure follows a warning by gardaí to a number of Students’ Unions in the capital yesterday following the hospitalisation of a number of students who are believed to have taken the drug cocktail.
UCD Students’ Union issued the warning to their students yesterday by they told TheJournal.ie that the warning was not specific to them.
The Union of Students in Ireland (USI) has today issued its own warning ahead of exam parties and summer festivals about the “risky business involved in taking novel and unknown drugs”.
“You can never be sure 100 per cent of the contents or origin of an unknown drug,” USI deputy president Denise McCarthy said today.
It may be a risk to your health and the USI want young people to think before they take any drug, it might not be what you think it is. We’re concerned that there is a lack of education on drugs in Ireland and perhaps we need to speak openly about the issue.
McCarthy says that the USI wants to, “encourage people be sensible and educated, have your celebrations end well, not in A and E or worse.”
